摘要: A lens holder driving apparatus includes: an auto-focusing lens holder driving section (AF section) including a permanent magnet; and a camera-shake correcting section that corrects camera-shake by moving the AF section with respect to a fixed section. The camera-shake correcting section includes: a supporting member that supports the AF section in a rocking manner; and a camera-shake correction coil disposed on the fixed section. The fixed section includes: a coil substrate having an inner peripheral side wall defiling a circular opening; a flexible printed-circuit board (FPC) disposed at a lower part of the coil substrate, a base that faces the FPC, and a dust generation prevention member that covers at least the inner peripheral side wall and that prevents generation of dust due to the inner peripheral side wall being scraped.

摘要: Most of the abundant naturally occurring low rank coal, which has a high moisture content and a high oxygen content, is transported with poor efficiency; utilized for heating with degraded thermal efficiency because of the loss of heat due to sensible heat for heating moisture and latent heat for vaporizing moisture; and utilized in existing coal combustion facilities with difficulty due to a high volatile component content. A complex system of the present invention for utilizing coal for manufacture of char and raw material gas and electric power generation is adopted to include: a drying unit for drying low rank coal of a high moisture content; a reformer for reforming the low rank coal that has been dried in the drying unit; a fluidized bed combustor for employing, as a fuel, the reformed coal obtained in the reformer; a producer gas supply pipe for supplying a combustion exhaust gas from the fluidized bed combustor as a pyrolytic and gasifying agent to the reformer; and a catalyst reforming unit for reforming a volatile component and the producer gas obtained from the low rank coal reformed in the reformer.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for producing semiconductor devices in which a semiconductor wafer is adhered to an ultraviolet sensitive tape, the adhesion force of which decreases upon irradiation with ultraviolet rays, the ultraviolet sensitive tape being adhered to a ring frame so that the semiconductor wafer is fixed to the ring frame with the ultraviolet sensitive tape. Successive semiconductor wafers thus fixed to respective ring frames are subjected to a series of steps including dicing, breaking, and ultraviolet irradiation for reducing the adhesiveness of the ultraviolet tape. The semiconductor wafer, broken and divided in dice and held by the ultraviolet sensitive tape with reduced adhesiveness, is sent to a next step, such as a die-bonding step.
