Abstract:
A real-time insulation detector for feeding a high-frequency low-voltage signal is electrically connected with a power system, and the power system includes a power circuit comprised of a main power circuit and plural branch circuits, a plurality of power transformers are arranged in the main power circuit and the plural branch circuits, and each current power transformer has a positive electrode point and a negative electrode point arranged on a low-voltage side thereof, the real-time insulation detector contains a central controller, a signal generator, a circuit selector, a plurality of detection circuits, plural first safety circuits, and plural second safety circuits. Thereby, the real-time insulation detector automatically feeds a high-frequency low-voltage detection signal, and when the power system runs in an uninterruptible power network, the central controller judges aging insulation comes from which one cable or component of the power system.
Abstract:
A method for making a bicycle folding tool includes a step of preparing: preparing a solid bar which has a hexagonal cross section, a rectangular cross section or a circular cross section; a step of cutting and forming a hole: cutting the bar into sections of pre-set length to form a semi-finished tool, a hole being simultaneously formed in one end of the section; a step of forming a working end: forming a working end to the semi-finished product by peeling and milling, and a step of forming a connection end: forming a connection end with the hole located at the center of the connection end to form the folding tool.
Abstract:
A method for making a driving bit includes a step of preparing a bar; a step of rounding the pre-connection end; a step of forming a connection end; a step of forming a transition section, a step of forming a driving end, and a step of obtaining a driving bit. Surplus material is removed from the pre-connection end to form the connection end which includes two side faces and two contact faces which contacts a reception tool. The distance between the two contact faces is X, the distance between the two side faces is Y, and X≧1.2Y. The driving bit made by the method has light weight and small volume.
Abstract:
A protective presbyopia lens is revealed. The protection lens includes a plano lens area and a presbyopia lens area, both being produced by injection molding. The plano lens area and the presbyopia lens area are connected directly without any medium therebetween. The outer surfaces of the plano lens area and the presbyopia lens area are spheres with the same radius of curvature while the inner surfaces of the plano lens area and the presbyopia lens area are spheres with different radius of curvature. The presbyopia lens area includes upper and lower edges, left, and right edges. Both the vertical distance between the upper and lower edges and the horizontal distance between the left and the right edges are ranging from 3 cm to 5 cm. The presbyopia lens area is corresponding to and covering the user's eye while being worn. Thereby people with presbyopia can see clearly during work.

Abstract:
A manufacturing process of a foldable repairing tool bit includes a material preparing step, an unnecessary material removing step and a material bending step. Wherein, a stick with a designated length is prepared firstly, where one end of the stick is a bending portion, and another end of the stick is an embodying portion; and then, at least one side of the bending portion is partially removed so as to form a smooth surface thereof; finally, the bending portion are bent so as to form a tool bit with a pivoting hole. Under this arrangement, said tool bits are pivotally assembled in a tool base so as to form a foldable repairing tool set.

Abstract:
A method for calculating efficiency of a power supply system includes: displaying a parameter selection interface on the display unit for selecting power supply parameters and transmission line parameters. Obtaining power supply parameters and transmission line parameters selected by the user via the parameter selection interface when determining the user has finished the selection. Determining a efficiency of a selected power supply of the power supply parameters according to the relationship table, and calculating a sum efficiency according to the obtained power supply parameters and the transmission line parameters and the efficiency of the selected power supply. And calculating a total efficiency of the power supply system according to each sum efficiency when determining that all of the power supplies of the power supply system have been selected.

Abstract:
The mechanisms for forming metal bumps to connect to a cooling device (or a heat sink) described herein enable substrates with devices to dissipate heat generated more efficiently. In addition, the metal bumps allow customization of bump designs to meet the needs of different chips. Further, the usage of metal bumps between the semiconductor chip and cooling device enables advanced cooling by passing a cooling fluid between the bumps.
