Abstract:
A ceramic filter is provided including a substrate, a separation layer comprising titania and having an average pore size in a range of 0.08 to 1 μm and a thickness in a range of 5 to 20 μm, and an intermediate layer formed between the substrate and the separation layer. The intermediate layer includes aggregate particles that are bonded together with glass frits, and aggregate particles of the intermediate layer are smaller than aggregate particles of the substrate and larger than aggregate particles of the separation layer.

An information reproduction device comprises means for reproducing audio data for a menu screen from an information storage medium, means for storing the audio data reproduced by the reproducing means, and means for repeatedly reproducing the audio data stored in the storing means.
Abstract:
A plurality of hologram elements are simultaneously exposed to a constructing light while they are arranged in the form of a stack, so that the incident beam can be uniform within the exposure area. The plurality of hologram elements should be transparent to the constructing light.
Abstract:
In a direct-heated flow measuring apparatus including a substrate having a film resistance pattern and a supporting member for supporting the substrate, the supporting member has good heat dissipation characteristics. Provided between the substrate and the supporting member is a heat transfer throttling portion.
Abstract:
In a semiconductor device having mainly vertical semiconductor elements, a plurality of semiconductor elements are formed in spaced relationship from each other on an insulation layer formed on a substrate and therefore completed isolated electrically from each other. A plurality of semiconductor intermetallic compound layers used as electrodes are formed independently in the same spaced relationship as the semiconductor elements for the respective semiconductor elements, making it possible to determine the potential for each semiconductor element as desired. Both N-type DMOS and P-type DMOS or the like can thus be formed on a single seminconductor single crystal substrate.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing solid or semi-solid dessert products, wherein each of liquid materials for base and one or more kinds of sauces contains an assortment of two or more kinds of gelling agents. Each of liquid materials for a base and one or more kinds of sauces is prepared and then cooled to form a gel and then destroyed to obtain a homogeneous pasty material for base or each of sauces. The resulting pasty material for base is filled into a container and immediately thereafter the resulting one or more kinds of pasty materials for sauces are filled onto, above and/or under the surface of the base material to form an ornamental pattern. Finally the materials filled into a container are cooled for gelling.
Abstract:
A direct-heated gas-flow measuring apparatus for a passage including a plurality of film resistors, disposed within the passage, for generating heat and measuring the temperature thereof, and a feedback control circuit for controlling the heat generated by the film resistors so that the temperature of each of the film resistors is a predetermined value. The feedback control circuit generates a plurality of output signals corresponding to voltages applied to the film resistors. A mean value for the plurality of output signals is calculated as the amount of gas-flow rate.
Abstract:
A high sensitive and high responsive gas detecting sensor for detecting the partial pressure of oxygen gas in the exhaust gases is disclosed. The sensor is provided with a sensing element having an electrical characteristic in response to the partial pressure of oxygen gas, a ceramic base member which supports the sensing element so that the sensing element is exposed to the exhaust gases, and electric current conducting means for supplying an electric current to the sensing element. The sensing element is formed of alloy ceramic material composed of 20 to 60 mol percent of cobalt monoxide, 20 to 60 mol percent of magnesium monoxide and 10 to 50 mol percent of nickel monoxide. In the preferred embodiment, the base member is formed into a plate shape and the sensing element is formed on the base member like a film.
