Abstract:
A method for coating surfaces, for which a precursor material is caused to react with the help of plasma and the reaction product is deposited on a surface, the reaction as well as the deposition taking place at atmospheric pressure, such that a plasma jet is generated by passing a working gas through an excitation zone and the precursor material is supplied with a lance separately from the working gas to the plasma jet.
Abstract:
In a control process for increasing the traction in the case of a vehicle while the vehicle stability remains almost the same, a wheel slip is determined at the powered wheels and is compared with at least one slip threshold value. The driving power is reduced when the wheel slip exceeds the slip threshold value. For improving the traction on a loose base, at least one slip integral is formed between the powered and the non-powered wheels. The at least one slip threshold value is continuously determined as a function of the at least one slip integral.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for brake pressure adjustment of a wheel brake comprising the following steps: determining a preliminary nominal pressure gradient in a brake control, determining actuating signals for a hydraulic pump and/or at least one hydraulic valve for the adjustment of the nominal pressure gradient, determining the actual pressure by way of a pressure model, determining the slip of a driven wheel, comparing the actual pressure with a first threshold value that is lower than the maximum possible brake pressure, and comparing the wheel slip, if the wheel slip is a traction slip, with a second threshold value, wherein, if the actual pressure and the wheel slip exceed the respective threshold values, the preliminary nominal pressure gradient is raised. The present invention also relates to a corresponding device.
Abstract:
To prevent noise being transmitted from a rotor portion of an electric motor (2-2.3) through the bearing brackets (3) to the motor's housing (1), each bearing bracket (3) is fixed relative to the motor housing (1) by at least one mounting part (5), with a noise damping part (4) arranged in between the bearing bracket (3) and the motor housing (1). The mounting part (5) rests directly against the motor housing (1) in the region where the mounting part (5) is coupled to the motor housing (1), without any noise damping part interposed between the mounting part (5) and the motor housing (1).
Abstract:
The invention relates to organometallic compounds of the elements aluminum, gallium and indium which are two-fold intramolecularly stabilized, and to the use thereof for the production of thin films and epitaxial layers by deposition from the liquid or solid phase.
Abstract:
Brake pressure is varied briefly by means of pressure pulses at regular intervals during phases when brake pressure is otherwise maintained constant, and any variations in transverse acceleration at each axle are determined. These variations at the axles are used to modify the wheel slip by varying the brake pressure in order to increase stability while retaining an adequate steerability reserve or vice versa.
Abstract:
In a process for the production of thin films and epitaxial layers by gas-phase deposition, intramolecularly stabilized organometallic compounds are employed as a source of metal.
Abstract:
The ignition system consists of a free-running ignition final stage, a miniature induction coil, a static and/or dynamic determination of the ignition angle, and a power supply. The ignition final stage ensures that the ignition current is an alternating current and that the ignition energy is fed to the spark plugs in a current-controlled manner. The ignition point is determined by reading the ignition angle. The electrical supply to the entire ignition final stage and additional consumers in a motor vehicle is through a power supply that converts the current and voltage.
Abstract:
A process for synchronizing horizontal deflection of electron beams in television recievers having a reproduced picture with a visible component, when no transmission signals from a television transmitter are present. If an emitted signal is not available, the synchronization is suspended during the time of the visible picture trace, and is activated only during the picture blanking time. For this purpose, the procedure is to switch off a circuit that synchronizes horizontal deflection during the visible component of the reproduced picture. A synchronization circuit is activated only while the picture is being blanked.
Abstract:
A primary winding of a transformer is coupled to a source of input voltage and to a controllable switch. The switch is responsive to a first control signal for generating output pulses in the transformer secondary windings. A supply circuit is responsive to the output pusles and generates a first supply voltage. A capacitor charging circuit includes a thyristor that is coupled to one of the transformer secondary windings. The thyristor receives the output pulses for providing charging pulses to the capacitor for generating a second supply voltage. A control circuit is coupled to the thyristor for varying the number of output pulses occurring relative to a given number of charging pulses to regulate the second supply voltage.
