摘要： A silica-based interlayer insulating layer having a low dielectric constant is formed with SOG material on a substrate, in which a wiring-layer forming space is then formed. If necessary, a UV ray irradiation is performed under an oxidizing atmosphere. A Si—OH bond is formed on a surface of the insulating layer. A monomolecular layer film is then adhered to the inner surface of the space, which is then modified to be a catalyst with a solution containing Pd compound. On the catalyst monomolecular layer, a copper-diffusion-resistant film is formed by electroless plating, on which a copper plate is then formed as a wiring layer.

摘要： In a print area provided on a peripheral surface of a gravure roll, a plurality of cells are defined by printing-direction walls and perpendicular walls, and each perpendicular wall has a plurality of cuts. In a center portion of the print area, most intersections of the printing-direction walls and the perpendicular walls are defined by T-shaped intersections where the perpendicular walls do not cross the printing-direction walls, but meet the printing-direction walls in a T-shaped arrangement. Preferably, round chamfers are provided at corners where a portion of each printing-direction wall and a portion of each perpendicular wall intersect, and at leading ends of the perpendicular walls pointing toward the cuts.

摘要： An object is to avoid generation of a collision sound of a second vane of a compression system comprising a multicylinder rotary compressor being configured to be used by switching of a first operation mode in which both rotary compression elements perform a compression work and a the second operation mode in which the only first rotary compression element substantially performs the compression work. When the second operation mode is switched to the first operation mode, discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as a back pressure of the second vane, and thereafter an intermediate pressure is applied which is between suction-side and discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements. When the first operation mode is switched to the second operation mode, a valve device interrupts flowing of a refrigerant into a second cylinder, and thereafter suction-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as the back pressure of the second vane.

摘要： In a color toner having toner particles which have toner base particles containing a binder resin, a colorant and a wax, and inorganic fine particles, (i) in the toner base particles, particles having a circle-equivalent diameter of 3.00 μm or more as measured with a flow type particle image analyzer have an average circularity of from 0.920 or more to less than 0.950, (ii) in the particles having a circle-equivalent diameter of 3.00 μm or more in the toner base particles, particles having a circularity of 0.960 or more are in a number frequency cumulative value of 40% or less; and (iii) in the particles having a circle-equivalent diameter of 3.00 μm or more in the toner base particles, particles having a circularity of 0.920 or less are in a number frequency cumulative value of 30% or less. Also disclosed is a full-color image forming method making use of the toner.

A crawler-track connection structure allows the seal assembly to be easily mounted, and securely prevents overflow of a lubricant and the like to the outside. A pair of seal rings (1) and (1) individually having lip portions (23) and (23) are disposed such that each of the lip portions (23) and (23) protrudes in a direction opposing an axial direction, and a load seal ring (2) is compressed and inserted between the pair of seal rings (1) and (1). The load seal ring (2) exerts reaction forces on the pair of lip portions (23) and (23) outwardly in the axial direction.
