An integrated circuit high voltage analog switch has digital logic-level control interface circuit. A level translator is coupled to the digital logic-level control interface circuit. A plurality of output multi-channel high voltage switches is coupled to the level translator.
Abstract:
A switched boxcar integrating circuit suitable for use with high speed data acquisition systems such as an Optical Domain Reflectometer. The boxcar integrator comprises a differential pre-amplifier stage, a sampling switch, and an integrator. The sampling switch couples the output of the pre-amplifier to the input of the integrator. The integrator includes non-inverting and inverting stages for producing a differential integrated signal. The switch samples the output of the pre-amplifier. The samples are integrated by the integrator once a sufficient number have been acquired. The sampling switch includes a switch controller to synchronize the operation of the switch with the received signals. The integrator also includes an offset compensator and a reset switch which are coupled to the integrator. The offset compensator and reset switch set the integrator to zero and also correct any offset error. A feature of the boxcar integrator according to the present invention is the variable integrator aperture which allows the response of the receiver stage in an OTDR to be matched to the characteristics of the transmit stage.

A magnet is carried by each arm and passes a coil extending along the path of the elements. Current to the coil is controlled to induce movement of the arm in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation and effect focusing of the elements.

An optical scanner has a light distributor rotating about an axis spaced from but parallel to the optical axis of at light source. Lenses are mounted on a carrier that rotates about the optical axis. The distributor and carrier rotate a the same angular velocity and are arranged so that the lens and associated distributor move across the media at the same time. By rotating the lens about the optical axis, the scanning beam remains in the central zone of the lens as it passes across the media.

A circuit module comprises a die attach pad with a surface and a plurality of leads surrounding the surface. A nonconductive adhesive is on the surface. A plurality of electronic circuit dies are on the surface of the die attach pad. Each die has a top surface and a bottom surface with the bottom surface on the adhesive. The top surface has a plurality of bonding pads. A first electronic circuit die has at least one routing path of a conductive material connecting a first bonding pad to a second bonding pad. A first bonding wire connects a bonding pad of a second electronic circuit die to the first bonding pad of the first electronic die. A second bonding wire connects the second bonding pad of the first electronic circuit die to a lead. Where one of the dies contains vertical circuit element, where a doped layer forms a terminal along the bottom surface of the layer, a trench filled with doped polysilicon extends from the top surface to the terminal to connect to the terminal. The doped polysilicon filled trench also serves to isolate and separate different circuit elements.
