    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of battery units connected in series; an electrode output connecting piece disposed at an output end of the plurality of battery units; a plurality of bridging busbars, each connecting two battery units spaced by another battery unit or more battery units among the plurality of battery units; and an adjacent busbar connecting adjacent battery units among the plurality of battery units. An electrical connection path is formed in the battery module by the electrode output connecting piece, the bridging busbars and the adjacent busbar. At least two of the plurality of bridging busbars partially overlap and fit one another in an electrical insulation manner as a group. The battery module according to the present disclosure is applicable in diverse situations, and capable of improving safety performance and energy density.

    Abstract: An electrode plate forming apparatus includes an unwinding device, a lithium replenishment device, a plurality of winding devices and a protection device. The lithium replenishment device is configured to clad a lithium strip to a surface of a master electrode plate body and form a master electrode plate. A slitting device is configured to slit the master electrode plate into a plurality of electrode plates. The winding devices are configured to pull the electrode plates to travel, each of the winding devices winding one corresponding electrode plate. The slitting device is disposed in an accommodating cavity of the protection device. The protection device is configured to at least partially separate particles from an external environment in a case that the slitting device slits the master electrode plate and generates the particles.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery module and a battery pack. A battery module includes: a cooling component; and a battery group, comprising secondary batteries disposed side by side in a first direction and each including a case having an accommodating hole, an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodating hole, and a cap assembly, the electrode assembly including two end faces disposed opposite to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction and an electrode tab extending from each end face. The secondary batteries each includes two sides opposite to each other in the second direction, the cooling component is disposed on at least one of the two sides, the cooling component and the end face are respectively disposed on two sides of the case in the second direction, and the cooling component is connected and fixed to each of the secondary batteries.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lower box body, a battery box and a vehicle, the lower box body comprises a base body, a first protecting assembly, a mounting hole. The base body comprises a bottom plate portion, a side plate portion, eave portions. The first protecting assembly is provided at outside of the base body, fixed to the base body and is attached to the eave portion. The mounting hole penetrates the eave portion and the first protecting assembly. The first protecting assembly improves the entirety structural strength of the lower box. Because the mounting hole is formed by penetrating the eave portion and the first protecting assembly, the structural stability of the mounting location of the lower box body is improved, thereby making the mounting location of the lower box body not be prone to be deformed or damaged when the battery box is subjected to the external force.
