摘要： This application provides a top cover of a power battery and a power battery, the top cover includes a top cover sheet, a first electrode unit and a second electrode unit, the first electrode unit includes a turning sheet, an insulating piece and a current cutting-off structure, the current cutting-off structure is fixed in radial projection range of an assembling hole and is electrically connected with the top cover sheet, the turning sheet is fixed at an underneath of the top cover sheet through the insulating piece, the turning sheet is electrically connected with the top cover sheet merely through the current cutting-off structure, and the turning sheet is capable of turning and breaking the current cutting-off structure when an internal pressure of the power battery exceeds a reference pressure, so as to cut off an electrical connection of the current cutting-off structure with the top cover sheet.

摘要： The present application relates to an electrode tab pad plate, the electrode tab pad plate is of a fork shape, including a joint part and two first fork feet, the two first fork feet are arranged in parallel, and a first gap is provided between the two first fork feet, both the first fork feet are connected with the joint part. The electrode tab pad plate provided by the present application, through gathering the electrode tabs at inner sides of the electrode tab pad plate, so that the electrode tabs are gathered toward the direction away from the battery housing, so as to guarantee the safety performance of the Li-ion battery, since the space occupied by the electrode tab pad plate is small, which facilitates the improvement of the cell capacity, thereby improving the performance of the battery.

摘要： A power battery and a power battery top cap structure for a power battery are provided. The power battery top cap structure includes first and second electrode assemblies, a lower insulation member, a top cap piece, and an abutment member. Both the first and second electrode assemblies are fixed on the top cap piece. The lower insulation member is fixed below the top cap piece. The lower insulation member includes, along an X axis, a snapping portion and a connecting portion. The abutment member extends along a Y axis and abuts between the connecting portion and the top cap piece so that a minimum distance between the connecting portion and the top cap piece along the Z axis is G3, where G3>0. G3 may be greater than a minimum distance between the connecting portion and the top cap piece when the lower insulation member is fixed without the abutment member.
