    Abstract: Disclosed is a curable resin composition comprising a polymer (A) that has a main chain comprising carbon atoms and a side chain having a polymerizing unsaturated linking group and has a cyclic structure in the main chain and/or the side chain, and a compound having a polymerizing unsaturated group. The curable resin composition has good optical characteristics, good heat resistance and good moldability.

    Abstract: A lens having high quality even after long-term storage can be manufactured using a curable composition containing a compound represented by General Formula A, a compound represented by General Formula B, and a polymerization initiator, in which a ratio of a substance amount of the compound represented by General Formula B to a substance amount of the compound represented by General Formula A is 1 to 25 mol %.     Abstract: The present invention provides a curable composition containing a compound represented by General Formula A and a compound represented by General Formula B. ArL-Sp-Pol)n  (General Formula A) In General Formula A, Ar represents an n-valent group containing a nitrogen-containing fused aromatic ring as a partial structure; L represents a linking group such as —O— and —C(═O)O—; Sp represents a single bond or a divalent linking group; Pol represents a hydrogen atom or a polymerizable group; n represents 1 or 2; and the compound represented by General Formula A has at least one polymerizable group. In General Formula B, R′, R″, and R′″ are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent; R′ and R″ or R″ and R′″ may be bonded to each other to form a ring that may have a substituent; and W is a hydrogen atom or a substituent.     Abstract: Provided are the following compound represented by General Formula (A) or (B), a curable resin composition including the compound, a cured product thereof, an optical member, and a lens:




    A ring Ar1 and a ring Ar2 represent an aromatic ring represented by a specific formula or a fused ring thereof, R1 and R2 represent a specific substituent, and v and w are a specific integer. R3 and R4 represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent, L1 and L2 represent an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and Spa to Spd represent a single bond or a divalent linking group. Pol1 and Pol2 represent a hydrogen atom or a polymerizable group, in which at least one of Pol1 or Pol2 is a polymerizable group. Further, in the formulae, a structure represented by (R1)v—Ar1/cyclopentadiene skeleton/Ar2—(R2)w is not line-symmetrical.
