    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of fluorocarbon-free, rigid polyurethane foam moldings having a gross density of at least 300 kg/m.sup.3 by in-mold foaming of a reaction mixture based on(a) a polyisocyanate component containing at least one aromatic polyisocyanate,(b) a polyhydroxyl component,(c) blowing agents,(d) catalysts and(e) zeolitic adsorbents,at an isocyanate index of about 75 to 150, characterized in that(b) an organic polyhydroxyl compound or a mixture of organic polyhydroxyl compounds having an (average) hydroxyl functionality of at least 2.2 and an (average) OH number of at least 300 mg KOH/g is used as the polyhydroxyl component,(c) water and/or carbon dioxide is/are used as the blowing agent and(e) the zeolitic adsorbents have a pore diameter of at least 0.7 nm.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for the production of polyurethane urea products from isocyanate product blends and preferably less reactive, aromatic diamines, or solutions of aromatic diamines in relatively high molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds, the reaction components being reacted in a casting process with commercially-reasonable casting times and comparatively short demolding times. For this purpose, relatively high-molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds, optionally in the presence of low molecular weight diols are reacted with excess quantities of toluene, phenylene or hexamethylene diisocyanate to produce a substantially diisocyanate-free NCO-prepolymer. This NCO-prepolymer is mixed with from 0.1 to 25%, by weight, of less reactive, monomeric tetra-alkyl-diphenylmethane diisocyanates corresponding to the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 to R.sub.4, which may be the same or different, represent C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl radicals.These isocyanate blends may be easily processed into elastomer moldings having favorable properties in the casting process using moderately-reactive aromatic diamines from the series of di- to tetra-alkyl-diphenylmethane diamines and/or dialkyl-toluene diamines and/or using substituted 3,5-diamino-4-alkyl-benzoic acid alkyl esters, optionally dissolved in the relatively high molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire comprising an encircling tread and two side members, wherein each side member comprises a side wall having a bead ring and part of the tread backing, characterized in that said tread backing has the following features:(a) the tread backing is formed as a ring which extends to the center of the tire and is intimately joined to the side wall on the other side;(b) bands whose length is substantially equal to the width of said ring are fixed on the circumference of said ring in the center of the tread;(c) the width of said bands is approximately equal to the distance between said bands;(d) there are recesses in the part of said ring facing the tread, into which said bands of the other side fit during assembly, so that said tread backing has a substantially flush surface after assembly; and(e) there are beads on the end of said bands for clamping in the tread.

    摘要: Preparations of surface-deactivated solid isocyanates which are dispersed in finely particulate manner, with aqueous isocyanate-reactive polymer dispersions that include a) dispersed polymers having isocyanate-reactive groups, b) dispersed surface-deactivated oligomeric solid polyisocyanates, and c) at least one catalyst, where the catalyst or the totality of catalysts accelerates the reaction of the monomeric polyisocyanates which form by the thermal cleavage of the oligomeric polyisocyanates more strongly than the thermal cleavage itself. The preparations are prepared by mixing aqueous dispersions of at least one isocyanate-reactive polymer with at least one dispersed surface-deactivated oligomreric solid polyisocyanate and at least one catalyst. The preparations can be used in binders, films and powders for bonded joints, or coatings and to make a latently cross-linking adhesive layer. Substrates can be coated with layers obtainable with the above-described preparations.

    摘要: The present invention relates to reactive systems comprising(a) a storable mixture of (i) a polyisocyanate component comprising at least one organic polyisocyanate, and (ii) an epoxide component stabilized by heating in the presence of an alkylating agent, wherein said heating is optionally carried out in the further presence of part of the polyisocyanate component (i),(b) an isocyanate-reactive component containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups in a quantity such that 0.1 to 0.9 isocyanate-reactive groups are present for every isocyanate group in component (a), wherein at least 10% by weight of component (b) comprises compounds having a molecular weight greater than about 2000,(c) optionally, tertiary amines in a quantity such that the total storable mixture contains at least 0.005 mole of tertiary amine nitrogen atoms for each 100 g of the total amount of the storable mixture, and, optionally,(d) other auxiliaries and additives.The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of optionally foamed polyurethane plastics containing isocyanurate groups comprising (1) mixing the components of such reactive systems at a temperature less than 60.degree. C. and (2) heating said reactive system to a temperature of at least 60.degree. C.
