    摘要: An oxide superconducting wire of an anisotropic oxide superconductor comprises a core part of the wire and a superconducting layer enclosing the core part so that specific crystal axes of the oxide superconductor are oriented toward the core part. A method of producing a wire of an anisotropic oxide superconductor comprises the steps of arranging a metal sheath around a metal rod for forming a core part of the wire and charging powder of the oxide superconductor in a clearance between the metal sheath and the metal rod for preparing a composite material, and plastically working the composite material so that the metal sheath is larger in reduction of area than the metal rod.

    摘要: In a bismuth oxide superconductor having a composition of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu or (Bi,Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu and being covered with a metal sheath, the a-b plane of a 2223 phase, which is a 110 K phase, is oriented along the longitudinal direction as a matrix, while a dispersed superconducting phase mainly consisting of a 2212 phase, which is a 80 K phase, and/or non-superconducting phases is dispersed along the a-b plane in the 2223 phase, so that a magnetic field property of its critical current density is extremely improved. In order to prepare such a bismuth oxide superconductor, performed are the steps of preparing raw material which is based on a 2223 composition in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu or (Bi,Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu in relation to blending/composition, consisting as a superconducting phase of mainly a 2212 phase and non-superconducting phases in relation to the crystal structure, covering the raw material with a metal sheath, and performing deformation processing and heat treatment on the composite.

    摘要: In a method of preparing a bismuth oxide superconducting wire comprising the steps of filling raw material powder into a metal sheath, working the same into a wire by performing deformation processing in this state, and heat treating the wire, the raw material powder is heat treated before the step of working the raw material powder into a wire by performing deformation processing, so that the ratio of a 2212 phase, containing Bi or (Bi,Pb), Sr, Ca and Cu in composition ratios of about 2:2:1:2, to a 2223 phase, containing Bi or (Bi,Pb), Sr, Ca and Cu in composition ratios of about 2:2:2:3, is 75 to 90:10 to 25, in order to prepare a wire which is excellent in critical current density as well as in critical current.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of preparing a bismuth oxide superconductor by forming a superconducting phase having a 2223 composition or a 2212 composition in a composition of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu or (Bi,Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu in a metal sheath. This method comprises the steps of preparing raw material powder containing a mixture of a 2212 phase having the 2212 composition and non-superconducting phases, carrying out a process of heat treating the raw material powder under a reduced pressure of not more than 1 atm. immediately before filling the same into the metal sheath and thereafter cooling the same under an oxygen atmosphere, and filling the raw material powder into the metal sheath and thereafter performing deformation processing and heat treatment on the metal sheath. This method is suitable for preparation of a long wire.

    摘要: There is provided an oscillator using a high-frequency crystal resonator which can satisfy the drive level needed for the crystal resonator and expand a variable frequency range. An oscillator having an oscillation circuit CC for oscillating the resonator SS is provided with a limiter circuit LM1 as a load of the resonator SS which is inductive and is a load circuit for limiting an oscillation amplitude. According to this configuration, the action of the limiter circuit LM1 allows satisfaction of the drive level needed for the crystal resonator and expansion of the variable frequency range.

    摘要: An apparatus for an exhaust gas system includes a main exhaust passage, a main catalytic converter disposed in the main exhaust passage, a bypass exhaust passage, a bypass catalytic converter disposed in the bypass exhaust passage, and a valve configured to open or close a section of the main exhaust passage. The bypass exhaust passage bypasses the main exhaust passage between a branch point of the bypass exhaust passage out of the main exhaust passage and a junction with the main exhaust passage at a upstream side of the main catalytic converter. A first sensor indicates a first air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas in the bypass exhaust passage. A second sensor indicates a second air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas flowing into the main catalytic converter. A controller determines whether the valve in the closed configuration leaks exhaust gas based on the first and second air-fuel ratios of exhaust gas.
