Each of the furnace units includes an upper heater and a lower heater layered in the vertical direction and holding a heat insulator therebetween, a support pipe disposed on one end of the upper heater and extending in the horizontal direction, a support pipe disposed on other end of the upper heater and extending in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of work support bars mounted over the support pipes. The back surface of a work supported by the work support bars is opposed to the upper heater and the front surface of the work is opposed to the lower heater of the adjacent furnace unit disposed above.
Abstract:
To provide a can manufacturing pump impeller in which a stress of a base portion of a blade is prevented from increasing while improving the strength of a joint portion of a hub and a boss. In order to reinforce a joint portion of a hub and a boss, a plate is jointed to the inside of an impeller. In order not to overlap a base portion of a blade and the plate with each other on the hub, an opening portion is provided in the plate around the base portion of the blade on the hub. As a shape of the opening portion, a semicircular shape, a semielliptical shape, a rectangular shape, or a trapezoidal shape can be selected. Further, as a plate shape, a flat plate structure, a shell structure, or a curved structure can be selected.

A color correction unit corrects a color of an image signal. A reference data storing unit stores reference data corresponding to patches in a reference chart. A correction parameter generating unit generates image processing parameters based on the reference data and values of the reference chart. An intermediate result storing unit stores intermediate calculation results calculated in a stepwise manner to obtain the image processing parameters. A determination information storing unit stores recalculation determination information for determining whether to recalculate the intermediate calculation results.

Abstract:
A drive control device for a hybrid vehicle is provided with a differential device including four rotary elements; and an engine, first and second electric motors and an output rotary member which are respectively connected to the four rotary elements. One of the four rotary elements is constituted by a rotary component of a first differential mechanism and a rotary component of a second differential mechanism selectively connected through a clutch, and one of the rotary components is selectively fixed to a stationary member through a brake. The drive control device comprises: an engine start control portion configured to switch an operating state of the clutch during cranking of the engine to raise its speed for starting the engine. The engine start control portion includes: a first clutch controlling portion configured to place the clutch in one of a released state and an engaged state in which a difference between a first dwelling speed to be established in a first half period of a rise of a speed of the engine and a first resonance speed of a drive line extending from the engine to the first electric motor connected to the first differential mechanism through a torsional damper is larger in the other of the released and engaged states, the first resonance speed corresponding to an explosion 1-order frequency of the engine; and a second clutch controlling portion configured to place the clutch in one of the released and engaged states in which a difference between a second dwelling speed to be established in a second half period of the rise of the speed of the engine and a predetermined second resonance speed of the drive line is larger in the other of the released and engaged states, the predetermined second resonance speed corresponding to a revolution 0.5-order pulsation frequency of the engine.
Abstract:
A control device for a hybrid vehicle is equipped with an engine, an electric motor, and a damper that is interposed in a motive power transmission path between the engine and the electric motor. The control device is equipped with a hysteresis mechanism and a controller. The hysteresis mechanism is provided in the damper, is configured to have a characteristic that a hysteresis torque that is generated due to a twist of the damper, which transmits a driving force from the electric motor toward the engine, in a negative direction is larger than a hysteresis torque that is generated due to a twist of the damper, which transmits a driving force from the engine toward the electric motor, in a positive direction, and is configured to reduce an engine rotational speed by the electric motor in stopping the engine. The controller is configured to cause a torque, of the electric motor to be output such that the damper assumes a state of being twisted in the negative direction when a torque in such a direction as to drive the engine is applied from the electric motor in stopping the engine.
Abstract:
A pneumatic tire has a shoulder land zone provided with lateral grooves arranged at variable pitches in the tire circumferential direction and extending at an angle of not more than 30 degrees with respect to the tire axial direction. The domains defined between the shoulder lateral grooves include a smallest domain having the smallest circumferential length and a largest domain having the largest circumferential length. The domains are each provided with at least one sipe extending at an angle of not more than 30 degrees with respect to the tire axial direction. The number of the sipe(s) in the smallest domain is less than the number of the sipes in the largest domain.
Abstract:
A process for producing a pigment-containing curable resin solution composition which comprises a pigment and a modified polysiloxane is disclosed. The process comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a pigment-dispersed liquid, wherein a pigment is dispersed in an organic solvent in the presence of a first modified polysiloxane; and (b) mixing the pigment-dispersed liquid with a resin solution which comprises at least a second modified polysiloxane. This process provides a pigment-containing curable resin solution composition with excellent dispersion stability of pigment.
Abstract:
An infrared sensor has a groove formed at a peripheral portion of an optical filter in a region opposed to a circumferential region of an opening of a package so as to be continuously located in the peripheral portion of the optical filter. The optical filter has a resistance of about 1 MΩ/cm or less. The package is mainly composed of a metal material. A conductive adhesive is used as an adhesive for joining the optical filter to the package. In a case where the optical filter has a filter body and a thin film made of an insulating material and provided on a surface of the filter body, the groove is formed to have a depth extending from the surface provided with the thin film made of the insulating material to the filter body.
