摘要： A vapor deposition film has a vapor deposition layer composed of a metal or an inorganic oxide formed on at least one side of a resin layer (A) which is composed of a resin composition (1). The resin composition (1) is a polyglycol acid containing not less than 70% by mole of a specific structure (a structure represented by formula (1)) as a repeating unit. The surface on which the vapor deposition layer is deposited has a center line average roughness of 5-50 nm. The vapor deposition film has excellent gas barrier properties, excellent workability and decomposition resistance sufficient for practical use.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide polytetrafluoroethylene suitable for forming a porous polytetrafluoroethylene film using a high water-soluble surfactant with high volatility. Polytetrafluoroethylene has non-melt-secondary-processability, standard specific gravity of 2.160 or less, an average primary particle size of 150 nm or more, stress relaxation time of 500 seconds or more, and break strength of 29.7 N or more. The polytetrafluoroethylene is obtainable by emulsion polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of a fluorinated surfactant with Log POW of 3.4 or less.

摘要： An image display element includes: a front panel; a back panel opposite thereto; a plurality of pixels arranged between both the panels; and plural electrodes for controlling the pixels. The panels are bonded with the pixels and the electrodes interposed therebetween, and the electrodes are connected to a driving circuit via metal film wires. The back panel is divided so as to expose electrode terminals, and a groove part V-shaped in cross section is formed at the divided portion. The metal film wires are formed on the top surface of the back panel, and the electrode terminals and the metal film wires are connected by a conductive paste coated along the tilt surfaces forming the groove part. Partitions are disposed between the adjacent electrode terminals at the bottom of the groove part.

摘要： A process for producing an aliphatic polyester through ring-opening polymerization of a cyclic ester, wherein a partial polymer in a molten state is continuously introduced into a twin-screw stirring device to continuously obtain a partial polymer in a solid pulverized state, the partial polymer is subjected to solid-phase polymerization, and the resultant polymer is melt-kneaded together with a thermal stabilizer to be formed into pellets. As a result, an aliphatic polyester of a high molecular weight and with little discoloration is produced efficiently.

摘要： An image display element includes: a front panel; a back panel opposite to the front panel; a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix between both the panels, and to be selected to be in a display or non-display state; and plural electrodes for controlling the pixels. Both the panels are bonded together with the pixels and the electrodes interposed therebetween, and the electrodes are connected to a driving control circuit via metal wires. The back panel is divided such that electrode terminals connected to the electrodes are exposed between adjacent plural pixel lines, and a groove part having a shape wider at the top on the back side of the opposing surface from the front panel than at the bottom is formed at the divided portion. The rotor includes a rotor iron core including slots formed around an outer circumferential portion thereof; magnet pieces which are inserted into the slots, respectively, such that a magnetic orientation of the magnet pieces are inverted every predetermined number of the slots; and two end plates, one end plate disposed on each end side in an axial direction of the rotor iron core, the two end plates covering the slots in the axial direction. The rotor iron core also includes cutout portions, which are located at an interval between adjacent ones of the slots, each of the cutout portions extending in the axial direction of the rotor iron core. One of the two end plates includes injection openings, each of which corresponds to a respective one of the slots, and communicating grooves each of which is formed so as to communicate with one of the cutout portions.
