摘要: An active matrix substrate (1001) includes: a plurality of pixel regions arranged on a substrate (1) in a matrix pattern extending in a first and a second direction; a plurality of gate lines G extending in the first direction; and a plurality of source lines S extending in the second direction, the active matrix substrate having a display area (800) including a plurality of pixel regions and a non-display area (900) located in a periphery of the display area, wherein: the pixel regions each include a thin-film transistor (101) including an oxide semiconductor layer, and a pixel electrode (15) formed integral with a drain electrode (9); gate electrode (3) and the gate lines G are made of a first transparent conductive film; the drain electrode (9) and the pixel electrode (15) are made of a second transparent conductive film and provided in the non-display area (900); and the active matrix substrate further includes a plurality of gate signal lines made of a metal film and a first connecting portion that connects each of the gate lines G to one of the gate signal lines.

摘要: The present invention relates to a lamp comprising at least one OLED lighting means lying flat on an at least partially light-transmissive carrier plate (13) and formed as an OLED panel (14, 15, 16), in which at least two contact shoes respectively assigned to an OLED panel are attached on the rear side of the carrier plate that is facing away from the light-emitting side and respectively comprise means for contacting one pole each of the OLED panel. The solution according to the invention provides a lamp that ensures effective coupling out of the light emitted by the OLEDs and uniform distribution of the light over the light-radiating area of the carrier plate and at the same time is of a comparatively simple construction and an attractive design. The lamp according to the invention may for example be a pendant lamp, a suspended lamp, a surface-mounted ceiling lamp, a recessed ceiling lamp, a standard lamp or a table lamp.

The light-emitting element has a structure in which a reflective electrode, an optical adjustment layer, a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode are laminated, and the first electrode is electrically connected to a contact electrode. The terminal has a structure in which a first terminal layer that is formed by a first conductive film which is the same as the reflective electrode, a second terminal layer that is formed by a second conductive film which is the same as the contact electrode, and a third terminal layer that is formed by a third conductive film which is the same as the first electrode are laminated.

摘要: A step for forming an island-shaped semiconductor layer of a semiconductor device used in a display device is omitted in order to manufacture the semiconductor device with high productivity and low cost. The semiconductor device is manufactured through four photolithography processes: four steps for forming a gate electrode, for forming a source electrode and a drain electrode, for forming a contact hole, and for forming a pixel electrode. In the step for forming the contact hole, a groove portion in which a semiconductor layer is removed is formed, whereby formation of a parasitic transistor is prevented. An oxide semiconductor is used as a material of the semiconductor layer in which a channel is formed, and an oxide semiconductor having a higher insulating property than the semiconductor layer is provided over the semiconductor layer.

In one aspect, the device includes a substrate and a display unit disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of pixels each pixel including a thin film transistor, a display element electrically connected to the thin film transistor, and a planarization layer interposed between the thin film transistor and the display element. The display unit includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, wherein the non-display region includes a voltage line. The planarization layer comprises a central portion, an outer portion and a dividing region interposed between the central and outer portions, wherein the dividing region is located in the non-display region. The planarization layer covers at least a lateral side of the voltage line formed in the dividing region.

摘要: A display may be provided with an active central region and a peripheral inactive region. The display may have one or more flexible edges in the peripheral inactive region. Conductive lines may pass between components in the active central region such as display pixels and touch sensor electrodes and components in the inactive peripheral region such as gate driver circuitry and patterned interconnect lines. Each conductive line may have an unbent segment on a portion of a display layer in the active central region and may have a segment on the bent edge of the display layer. The display layer may be formed from a polymer or other flexible material. The bent segments may be configured to be less susceptible to increases in resistance from bending than the unbent segments.

A driving circuit provided in the peripheral region, which provides a driving voltage to the plurality of pixels and includes a driving voltage terminal for receiving the driving voltage. A dummy wire portion provided in the peripheral region, separated from the display area with the driving circuit therebetween, and includes a plurality of dummy wires. The driving voltage terminal of the driving circuit is connected to at least one of the plurality of dummy wires.

Some of the plurality of power lines include a power pad electrode on at least an end of the corresponding power line, and a number of the power pad electrodes is less than a number of the power lines.
