    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an injection valve for liquids, preferably an injection valve for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The injection valve has a valve body, with a valve seat which is formed therein, and a valve needle which interacts with the valve seat in order to open and close at least one injection opening. The injection valve is produced by means of the following method steps: producing the valve body from steel, hardening the valve body, annealing a partial region of the valve body at an annealing temperature.
