摘要： A coil of stamps is formed from a plurality of self-adhesive stamps detachably connected to each other end-to-end to form a continuous strip. Because the stamps include a primer layer, it is practicable to wind the strip about itself in spiral-like fashion. The strip also includes a portion adjacent to the inner end of the strip having a piece of liner material disposed thereon, and a portion having no liner material thereon, whereby the portion having no liner material thereon allows the strip to be wound directly onto itself. Preferably, the strip of stamps also includes a portion adjacent to the outer end of the strip having a piece of liner material disposed thereon in order to facilitate removal of the first stamp or group of stamps from the strip.

摘要： A method for providing a urinary tract tissue graft composition includes providing a tissue culture frame and a segment of small intestinal submucosa and positioning the segment of small intestinal submucosa in the tissue culture frame such that the segment of small intestinal submucosa is suspended and held in a taut position by the tissue culture frame. Smooth muscle and urothelial cells are isolated from a tissue specimen of a subject and cultured, and then seeded upon the segment of small intestinal submucosa, thereby forming a urinary tract tissue graft. A tissue culture frame in which such a urinary tract tissue graft may be formed is also disclosed.

摘要： This disclosure describes, generally, methods and systems for supporting multiple deployment models for enterprise business applications. In one embodiment, the method may include designating pillars associated with an enterprise business application. Each pillar may include application units which comprise logical groupings for application units used in the enterprise business application. The method may further include determining which of the application units are dependent to more than one of the pillars. Furthermore, based on the determination of the dependent application units, the method may generate deployment code associated with the dependent application units which is configured to be deployment model independent. The method may then receive, at deployment time, a deployment model designation indicating a type of deployment model selected to be used for the enterprise business application. Then, the enterprise business application may be deployed according to the deployment model designation.

摘要： A distance measuring device mounted to a planter used to plant crops. The distance measuring device has a cable extending between a first pulley and second pulley wherein the cable has at least one target. A sensor located adjacent the first pulley and connected to a controller sends a signal to the controller when the sensor detects the target. Adjacent the second pulley is an encoder that sends a second signal to the controller based upon the rotation of the second pulley such that the controller can determine the amount of distance that the planter has traveled.

摘要： The invention provides methods for producing high resolution crystals of ribosomes and ribosomal subunits as well as crystals produced by such methods. The invention also provides high resolution structures of ribosomal subunits either alone or in combination with protein synthesis inhibitors. The invention provides methods for identifying ribosome-related ligands and methods for designing ligands with specific ribosome-binding properties as well as ligands that may act as protein synthesis inhibitors. Thus, the methods and compositions of the invention may be used to produce ligands that are designed to specifically kill or inhibit the growth of any target organism.

摘要： Methods and systems for supporting multiple deployment models for enterprise business applications, are described. In one embodiment, the method may include designating pillars associated with an enterprise business application.
