摘要: The present invention relates to a method for early evaluation of clinical efficacy of antitumor intervention measure, comprising evaluating the efficacy of the antitumor intervention measure by assaying whether the content of a tumor-damaging biomarker(s) in the blood of a patient having tumor rises as compared to the baseline level before treatment within a time window after the patients receives at least one antitumor intervention measure. In preferable embodiments, the tumor-damaging biomarker(s) is selected from a group consisting of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Transaminase (AST), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH); said tumor is multiple myeloma; said antitumor intervention measure is the administration of CPT alone or the administration of CPT in combination with thalidomide.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for isolating and purifying immuno-modulating polypeptide from cow placenta, which is characterized by using the steps of anion-exchange chromatography, gel exclusion chromatography and reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography to isolate and purify immuno-modulating polypeptide from cow placenta, identifying its activity of stimulating lymphocyte proliferation in vitro by MTT method, then determining its molecular weight by MALDI-TOF-MS, its isoelectric point by CIEF and its amino acid sequence with analyzer for protein sequencing. Since the obtained immuno-modulating polypeptide by the method according to the present invention has more than 90% purity, its bioactivity can reach medicinal standards.

摘要: An organic light-emitting device including a transparent substrate, a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a hole-transporting layer, and a electron-transporting layer sandwiched between the first and second electrode layers, wherein the hole-transporting layer consists of organic multiple-quantum-well structure. The multiple-quantum-well structure has a period number of alternating layers formed of a layer of organic material A with wide energy gap and a layer of organic material B with narrow energy gap. Organic material A and organic material B are selected such that the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels of organic material A are lower than those of organic material B and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels of organic material A are higher than those of organic material B.

摘要: In a commerce transaction between a buyer and seller that involves transfer of an item, payment is made through an independent online payment system. A seller sends a threshold amount and a payment amount to a payment server for the transaction involving the item. The payment server creates an intermediate account based on the threshold amount and the payment amount. To proceed with the transaction, a buyer transfers a fund amount to the payment server. The payment server determines whether the fund amount is not less than the threshold amount, and if so, the payment server designates the fund amount as an account balance associated with the buyer in the intermediate account. The payment server then transfers funds corresponding to the payment amount from the intermediate account to an account designated by the seller after receiving a payment request indicating the buyer's receipt of the item.
