Polymer A is obtained by emulsion polymerization of C1-C4 alkyl(meth)acrylates, acid monomers, e.g., acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, 0-20 wt % of acrylonitrile and 0-10 wt % of further monomers, where the glass transition temperature of copolymer A is greater than +45° C. and the glass transition temperature of polymer B is less than +10° C. The mean value calculated from the glass transition temperatures of the individual polymers is +10 to +45° C. The barrier layer may be situated on one of the surfaces of the packaging or form one of multiple layers of a multilayered packaging coating or be situated as a coating on one side of an inner bag situated within the packaging.

A description is given of an adhesive composition comprising, in a solvent, at least one first organic polymer and at least one different, particulate, second organic polymer. The first polymer is an adhesive polymer having a glass transition temperature of less than or equal to 0° C. which forms a film on a substrate. The second polymer is present in the composition in the form of dispersed solid nanoparticles, has an average particle size of less than or equal to 50 nm and a glass transition temperature of at least 50° C., and does not form a film on a substrate. The composition can be used to produce redetachable self-adhesive articles, more particularly paper labels, film labels or adhesive sheets.

A method for producing biodisintegratable composite foils with an aqueous polyurethane dispersion adhesive. The method involves adhesive-bonding a first substrate to a second substrate with use of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion adhesive. At least one of the first substrate and the second substrate is made of a biodisintegratable polymer foil, and at least 60% by weight of the polyurethane contains diisocyanates, polyesterdiols, and bifunctional carboxylic acids. The bifunctional carboxylic acids are dihydroxycarboxylic acids or diaminocarboxylic acids.
