A method of providing an augmented reality (AR) content in a vehicle, and/or a wearable AR device and an electronic device for performing a method. The wearable AR device may include a processor and a memory storing instructions to be executed by the processor, and when the instructions are executed by the processor, the processor is configured to: determine whether the wearable AR device is in a space of the vehicle based on at least one of information received from the vehicle or a value measured using at least one sensor of the wearable AR device; when it is determined that the wearable AR device is not in the space of the vehicle, output an AR content corresponding to a space around the wearable AR device based on the value measured using the at least one sensor of the wearable AR device; when it is determined that the wearable AR device is in the space of the vehicle, determine whether there are anchor devices of the vehicle capable of communicating with the wearable AR device; and when it is determined that there are the anchor devices capable of communication, output an AR content corresponding to a space of the vehicle around the wearable AR device by communicating with the anchor devices.
Abstract:
A device and a method are provided. The device includes a communication module, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured to acquire position information of a vehicle via the communication module, determine whether high definition (HD) map information corresponding to the position information is acquired, display three-dimensional (3D) navigation information in augmented reality by using the HD map information when the HD map information is acquired, and display two-dimensional (2D) navigation information in augmented reality when the HD map information is not acquired. The 3D navigation information is information in which virtual 3D graphic information for driving guidance is spatially matched to and displayed on an actual object in the real world by using the HD map information, and the 2D navigation information is information in which virtual 2D graphic information for driving guidance is planarly matched to and displayed on an actual object in the real world.

A method for recognizing an image and an apparatus using the same are provided. The method includes receiving image information including a first object and a second object, recognizing position information of the first object indicated by the second information in the received image information, extracting effective information included in the first object of the received image information in response to the recognized position information, and outputting related information corresponding to the recognized effective information.

The inventive concept relates to a semiconductor device and a method for fabricating the same. The semiconductor device comprises active patterns protruding from a substrate, an interlayer dielectric layer disposed on the substrate and including grooves exposing the active patterns, and gate electrodes in the grooves. The grooves include a first groove having a first width and a second groove having a second width greater than the first width. The gate electrodes include a first gate electrode in the first groove, and a second gate electrode in the second groove. Each of the first and second gate electrodes includes a first work function conductive pattern on a bottom surface and sidewalls of corresponding one of the first and second grooves, and a second work function conductive pattern on the first work function conductive pattern.
