摘要: A semiconductor composite sensor using a plurality of semiconductor piezoresistive gauge elements connected in series. The piezoresistive elements are separated so that a high potential terminal of one of the resistive elements having the same resistance values and the substrate of the other of the resistive elements will be connected with equal potential values. Potential difference values between semiconductor regions serving as respective resistive elements and the substrates are made equal.

摘要: A measuring and controlling system is provided which has a control function as well as a measurement function to perform the measurement and control of fluid amounts such as the flow rate, pressure, liquid level, weight and so on by itself in the same field. A pressure receiving unit is directly mounted on a pipe or a container, in which a fluid under measurement exists, in order to detect the temperature, differential pressure and static pressure of the fluid under measurement independently of each other. Means for storing the characteristic of fluids under measurement is provided such that the mass flow rate, weight and liquid level can be calculated. By providing the transmitter with the measurement and control functions, the measurement and control of fluid amounts such as flow rate, pressure, liquid level, weight and so on can be performed in a closed form, thereby making it possible to simplify a correction procedure for the static pressure and temperature, improve the responsibility, and enhance the control performance of the whole plant. Also, a measuring and controlling system can be realized which reduces a wiring amount for connecting with an upper level control unit.

摘要: An in-cylinder pressure sensing apparatus for a multi-cylinder engine has a plurality of sensing parts packaged between a cylinder head and a cylinder block of an engine having a plurality of cylinders and being operative to detect a signal indicative of an internal pressure of each of the plurality of cylinders. A detection circuit is provided for connecting the sensing parts in series and for overlapping detection signals obtained from the individual sensing parts to take out a resulting overlapped signal. A reference signal generator operates to supply a reference signal for separating detection signals corresponding to the individual cylinders from the overlapped signal. A unit is also provided for separating the detection signals, detected in accordance with pressures of the individual cylinders, from the overlapped signal on the basis of the reference signal.

摘要: A video decoding apparatus according to one aspect of the disclosure performs a decoding process, on a process block basis, using a motion vector of the process block and prediction information candidates of the motion vector. The video decoding apparatus includes a first prediction information candidate generating part configured to acquire the prediction information of the adjacent block to generate the prediction information candidate if motion compensation of the block is performed using the same prediction information as the prediction information of the adjacent block; and a second prediction information candidate generating part configured to add prediction information to the prediction information candidates if the number of the prediction information candidates is less than a predetermined number and two prediction information items of the prediction information candidates have the reference picture identifiers indicating the same picture, the added prediction information including an averaged motion vector of two motion vectors.

摘要: There is provided a photographic stop unit (80) comprising a fixed stop plate (31), a movable stop plate (32), and shield plates (33, 33′). A plurality of apertures (32a, 32d, 32d′) is formed in the movable stop plate (32). In monocular photography, the movable stop plate moves downward, a center stop (31a) of the fixed stop plate opens, and monocular photography of the ocular fundus is performed. In stereo-photography, the movable stop plate moves upward, the center stop (31a) is closed, the shield plates (33, 33′) move to the open position or the closed position in this state, the apertures (32d, 32d′) for stereo-photography are alternately opened, and stereo-photography of the ocular fundus is carried out. In such a configuration, monocular photography and stereo-photography can be carried out at high speed in a simple configuration because the apertures of the photographic stop can be switched at high speed.

摘要: An electronic device requires an electronic component to be mounted for the purpose of static shielding. The mounting of such an electronic component raises a problem of avoiding thermal stresses and cracks generated due to the difference between the coefficients of linear expansion of component materials. A positioning recess, a joining-substance thickness ensuring recess, a joining-substance thickness ensuring projection, etc. are formed in a combined manner in an electronic component mount portion of each of leads, whereby spreading of cracks generated in the joining substance can be suppressed and reliability can be improved. Filling a sealing material so as to seal and restrain the electronic component mounted in the electronic component mount portion without leaving voids contributes to further suppressing spreading of cracks generated in the joining substance and ensuring more improved reliability of the joining substance.
