    摘要: An electronic-circuit fabricating system wherein an inspecting machine is provided for each of working machines such as a mask printing machine and an electronic-component mounting machine, to inspect a result of an operation of each working machine, and a monitoring device is arranged to receive information on monitoring-object portions of the working machines and information on the inspected result of the operation, to estimate the present state of each monitoring-object portion on the basis of these kinds of information, to obtain a tendency of change of the present state on the basis of the present state and stored past data, and to monitor the working machines so that the present state does not exceed a predetermined threshold state. When the present state of the monitoring-object portion has exceeded the thresholds state, the monitoring device estimates a cause for an abnormality of the working machine on the basis of the information on the working machine and the inspected result, and automatically compensates control data or activates a monitor or indicator to prompt the operator to implement a suitable treatment.

    摘要: The invention improves supply of an electronic circuit components by a component tape. When a number of the components remaining in each feeder becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined number, an operator is informed of a fact that another component tape can be connected to a currently used component tape. In response to the informed fact, the operator connects the currently used component tape as a preceding component tape to the above-described another component tape as a following tape such that a trailing end portion of the preceding component tape and a leading end portion of the following component tape are connected through a connecting tape. A connecting portion of the two connected component tapes is detected by a connecting-portion detecting device in S11, and a two-dimensional code printed on the connecting tape is recognized by an ID decoder in S12. S13 is then implemented to determine whether each data element of the two-dimensional code corresponds to the corresponding data element of a bar code of the preceding component tape or not. If a positive decision is obtained in S13, the component supply is continued. If a negative decision is obtained in S13, the component supply is suspended. It is also possible to use, in place of the two-dimensional code and bar code, an information medium piece to and from which the information is writable and readable by means of a light such as laser light, or an information communication storage chip equipped with a communication portion.

    摘要: An electric-circuit-board assembling line includes multiple electric-component mounters which include respective control devices independent of each other and which are connected to each other via a network. Each control device can operate as each of a master control device and a slave control device. The master control device is operable to control the mounter including the slave control device. The master control device supplies, to the slave control device, information about an electric-circuit board to be assembled. The slave control device supplies, to the master control device, information about a state of the mounter including the slave control device, so that the master control device recognizes the state. An operator can designate the control device which has been operated as the slave control device to be a new master control device, and designate the remaining control devices to be new slave control devices.
