摘要: An ink-jet image forming apparatus. The ink-jet image forming apparatus includes a print head having a plurality of nozzles to eject ink, an ink tank to store the ink, an ink supply passage to supply the ink in the ink tank to the print head, an ink return passage to return the ink in the print head to the ink tank, a regulator mounted in the ink supply passage to regulate ink flow supplied to the print head, a shut-off valve mounted in the ink supply passage, between the ink tank and the regulator, to intercept ink flow supplied to the regulator, and an ink pump mounted in the ink return passage to forcedly flow the ink in the ink return passage. The ink pump is configured to be driven in forward and reverse directions so as to change an ink flow direction. Since the shut-off valve intercepts forcedly the ink flow in the ink supply passage, the ink in the ink tank is prevented from flowing abnormally to the print head and leaking from the print head.

摘要: A power supply apparatus includes a converter to convert AC power into DC power, an SMPS to convert the DC power into DC powers desired by loads, a capacitor to interconnect the converter and the SMPS, a PTC element connected to the converter, a first switch connected in parallel with the PTC element, and a second switch connected in series with the first switch. The method includes turning on the second switch to start charging of the capacitor, turning on the first switch to charge the capacitor to a target voltage level, and turning off both the first switch and second switch if a voltage across the capacitor rises over the target voltage level, to discharge the voltage across the capacitor so as to lower the voltage across the capacitor to the target voltage level or lower.

摘要: An electric oven includes a partition member to partition a cooking chamber into two cooking regions. The partition member for use in the electric oven includes an insulating board interposed between upper and lower plates of the partition member, and a shock-absorbing unit to prevent damage to the insulating board. Using the electric oven configured as stated above, it is possible to intercept heat transfer between the partitioned respective cooking regions, thereby preventing heat loss between the respective cooking regions and damage to the interior of the partition member.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for in vitro phosphorylation of TRAP derived from Staphylococcus aureus. In the present invention, the TRAP is first identified as a kinase that self-phosphorylates and is phosphorylated specifically in the presence of an oxidative metal ion such as iron, copper and zinc. Based upon this finding, a novel method for in vitro phosphorylation of purified TRAP is provided and also, a method for screening various chemicals and natural materials by using the above method is provided in order to select inhibitors against the TRAP phosphorylation. The inhibitors are expected to be applied for novel antibiotics of Staphylococcus aureus, because this TRAP phosphorylation is essential to infect Staphylococcus aureus. Therefore, the present invention can be widely used to develop novel drugs against Staphylococcus aureus and their resistant strains, in near future.
