    摘要: An electromagnetic contactor has a pair of fixed contacts; a movable contact disposed to be capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of fixed contacts; and an electromagnetic unit driving the movable contact. The electromagnetic unit has a magnetic yoke having an open upper part; an upper magnetic yoke cross-linked in the open upper part of the magnetic yoke; a spool having a central opening in which an exciting coil is wound around the spool; a movable plunger movably disposed in the central opening of the spool in an axial direction and having a tip end protruding, the movable plunger urged by a return spring; and an auxiliary yoke forming a magnetic path between the movable plunger and the U-shaped magnetic yoke when the movable plunger is in an open position. The movable plunger is coupled to the movable contact through a coupling shaft.

    摘要: A crimping apparatus includes an anvil for supporting a metal terminal including a base plate portion for mounting an electric wire thereon and a pair of crimping piece portions extending upwardly respectively from opposite side edges of the base plate portion and a crimper which includes a groove portion being opposed to a supporting portion of the anvil. An inner surface of the groove portion of the anvil and a terminal support face of the supporting portion of the crimper cooperate to press the crimping piece portions for crimping the crimping piece portions to the electric wire mounted on the metal terminal. A width of the groove portion of the crimper is not more than 1.0 mm. The terminal support surface of the anvil is formed into a concavely curved surface in which a depth of the concavely curved surface is not smaller than 0.06 mm and is not larger than 0.17 mm in a cross-section of the anvil perpendicular to an axis direction of the electric wire.

    摘要: An electromagnetic contactor has a contact device having a pair of fixed contacts and a movable contact; and an electromagnet unit including an exciting coil driving a movable plunger connected through a connecting shaft. The contact device is configured such that L-shaped portions have a contact portion formed in the pair of fixed contacts fixed maintaining a predetermined interval, and two ends of the movable contact are disposed to be capable of contacting to and separating from the contact portions of the L-shaped portion on a side opposite to that of the electromagnet unit. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion, a movable plunger having a leading end protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke and urged by a return spring, and a ring-form permanent magnet magnetized in a movable direction of the movable plunger and fixed to enclose a peripheral flange portion.
