    摘要: In a single screw compressor, gates (51) of gate rotors (50) are to be engaged with spiral grooves (41) of a screw rotor (40). In each spiral groove (41) of the screw rotor (40), an area extending from a start point of the spiral groove (41) to a position in a compression stroke is a suction-side portion (45), and the remaining portion (portion up to a terminal point of the spiral groove (41)) is a discharge-side portion (46). In the discharge-side portion (46), a clearance between a wall surface (42, 43, 44) therein and the gate (51) is substantially “0 (zero).” A clearance between the wall surface (42, 43, 44) in the suction-side portion (45) and the gate (51) is wider than that between the wall surface (42, 43, 44) in the discharge-side portion (46) and the gate (51), and is gradually narrowed from the start point toward the terminal point in the spiral groove (41).

    摘要: A client terminal receives, in response to a boot command issued by a user to boot the client terminal, a first start command to start monitoring. The client terminal acquires first time information, repeatedly at certain time intervals from a basic software, and stores the first time information in a storage area. The client terminal receives a termination command to terminate the basic software. If the termination command is a command to terminate the basic software by using the basic software, the client terminal stores normal termination information in the storage area. When a second start command is received, and no normal termination information is stored in the storage area, the client terminal acquires second time information from the basic software and creates, depending on a result of comparison between the second time information and the first time information, log information relating to a termination of the basic software.

    摘要: This invention provides carbohydrate absorption inhibitor derived from evening primrose seed which is significantly effective to prevent and cure diabetes mellitus and prevent obesity, and the manufacturing method of the same.Carbohydrate absorption inhibitor in this invention is characterized that the effective component is an alcohol extract of evening primrose seed. The aforementioned evening primrose seed is preferably a defatted evening primrose seed. Extracting solvent of the aforementioned evening primrose seed is preferably ethanol, or preferably a 70 to 85% (v/v) aqueous ethanol. Also, this invention is characterized that the carbohydrate absorption inhibitor is an effective component of polyphenol derived from evening primrose seed. The polyphenol is preferably one or more substances selected from among gallic acid, ellagic acid, catechin, pentagalloylglucose, procyanidin, and proantocyanidin. The manufacturing method of the carbohydrate absorption inhibitor in this invention is characterized to be composed of the following processes A to C. Process A: evening primrose is compressed, oil is separated then the compressed cake is obtained. Process B: The aforementioned compressed cake is defatted in fat-soluble organic solvent, and defatted substance is obtained. Process C: The aforementioned defatted substance is extracted by alcohol, and then this extracted liquid is concentrated or evaporated.

    摘要: The invention is related to antibodies which specifically react with connective tissue type-human mast cells, a production method of the antibodies, hybridomas which produce the antibodies, a production method of the hybridomas and antigen proteins recognized by the antibodies. After cord blood cells were cultured in the presence of SCF and IL-6, they were further cocultured with primary culture of human skin fibroblasts, and connective tissue type-human mast cells were thus obtained. A rat was immunized using the cells, hybridomas were prepared and selected by an ordinary method, and novel monoclonal antibodies were harvested from the culture supernatant of the selected hybridomas. The monoclonal antibodies specifically reacted with connective tissue type-human mast cells.
