    摘要: Providing an organic thin-film solar cell that can be easily manufactured and then mass produced at low cost while increasing the photoelectric conversion efficiency, and the method of producing the same.Solar cells 100-102 include at least one of a mixed P-type organic semiconductor layer 12M and a mixed N-type organic semiconductor layer 14M. A plurality of organic semiconductor materials are mixed in the mixed P-type organic semiconductor layer 12M or the mixed N-type organic semiconductor layer 14M, respectively. In such a way, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cells is increased by selecting and mixing proper organic semiconductor materials to form the organic semiconductor layer.

    摘要: A method for producing a fluorine-containing carboxylic acid ester represented by the general formula R1HCFCOOR2 involves reacting a fluorine-containing ether represented by the general formula R1HCFCF2OR2 with water in the presence of a solid catalyst. The solid catalyst is at least one selected from the group consisting of alumina, titania, zirconia, sulfated zirconia, an activated carbon on which sulfuric acid is supported, a resin having acid sites, and aluminum phosphate. In the general formulas R1HCFCOOR2 and R1HCFCF2OR2, R1 represents a fluorine atom or a C1-4 perfluoroalkyl group, and R2 represents a monovalent organic group.

    摘要: An energy beam curable hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive composition includes a polymer (A) having an energy beam polymerizable group and an acid group and a neutralizer (B). Thus, a pressure sensitive adhesive composition suitable for use in a wafer surface protective sheet is provided. The wafer surface protective sheet protects a circuit pattern formed on a wafer surface from grinding dust, etc. at the time of grinding the back of the wafer. The pressure sensitive adhesive composition can easily be removed by washing with water, even if the pressure sensitive adhesive remains on the wafer surface after peeling of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet.
