    摘要: A rubber composition comprising vulcanizable natural or synthetic rubber and a sulfide resin produced by (1) reacting a component (A) with a componet (B), followed by reacting with a component (D), or (2) reacting a component (A) with a component (B), followed by reacting with a component (C) and a component (D) simultaneously or sequentially, and if desired reacting the resulting phenol resin with an acylating agent, the component (A) being a phenol compound of the following formula, and/or an acylated compound thereof, ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino, C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkenyl or C.sub.7 -C.sub.12 aralkyl group or a phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with at least one C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl group, the component (B) being a sulfur chloride or sulfur, the component (C) being an aldehyde, and the component (D) being at lest one hydroxyaryl compound of the following formula, and/or an acylated compound thereof, ##STR2## wherein R.sub.3 is a --OR.sub.6,--NHR.sub.6, --COOR.sub.6, --OCOR.sub.6, phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with at least one C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkenyl or C.sub.7 -C.sub.12 aralkyl group, and R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are each a hydrogen atom, --OR.sub.6, --NHR.sub.6,--COOR.sub.6, --0COR.sub.6, phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with at least one C.sub.1-C.sub.3 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 cycloalkenyl or C.sub.7 -C.sub.12 aralkyl group in which R.sub.6 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.

    摘要: A Vγ9Vδ2 T cell proliferation agent includes at least a bisphosphonate, interleukin 2, and interleukin 18. Since IL-18 has properties that improve cell viability by inhibiting cell death, IL-18 is presumably capable of acting as a cofactor for the bisphosphonate so as to significantly increase the effect of Vγ9Vδ2 T cell proliferation by the bisphosphonate and the IL-2. This allows providing a Vγ9Vδ2 T cell proliferation agent capable of growing Vγ9Vδ2 T cells with a proliferated efficiency significantly high compared to conventional methods so that the proliferated Vγ9Vδ2 T cells have a high antitumor activity and high cytokine productivity.

    摘要: A process for producing a carboxylic acid ester which comprises reacting a carboxylic acid with an alcohol in the presence of an acid catalyst to produce a reaction solution and neutralizing the reaction solution, characterized by using a countercurrently contacting column for neutralization, into which the esterified reaction solution is introduced at the lower portion of the column, an aqueous strong alkaline solution at a middle portion and an aqueous weak alkaline solution at an upper portion, removing a neutralized oil phase containing the carboxylic acid ester from the top of the column and removing an aqueous phase from the bottom, thereby continuously neutralizing the reaction solution.
