    摘要: Rotary piston engine includes a substantially triangular rotor formed with flank cooling oil passages located behind flanks of the rotor. The rotor further has coolant oil passages behind the oil seals at the opposite side surfaces thereof. The flank cooling oil passages are supplied with cooling oil only when the rotor temperature or engine speed is beyond a predetermined value, while the oil seal cooling passages are always supplied with cooling oil so that the rotor flanks can be maintained at a high temperature while preventing the oil seals from being excessively heated.

    摘要: An apparatus of feeding mailpieces such as envelopes is disclosed. The apparatus includes a supply conveyer for supporting thereon an array of mailpieces which are arranged in a tilted-backward position and moving such mailpieces forward, and a suction feeder which is located downstream of the supply conveyer for picking up by suction a forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer. The suction feeder has a rotary drum, a shaft rotatably supported in the drum and disposed with the axis thereof oriented in parallel to and offset from the axis of the drum. An external gear is fixed on the shaft for rotation therewith and a stationary internal gear engages with the external gear, the gear ratio of the external gear to the internal gear being n:n+1, wherein n represents an integer. A plurality of suction means arranged at positions radially spaced at a predetermined distance from the shaft and substantially equiangularly spaced from each other and movable integrally with the shaft in conjunction with the rotation of the drum for picking up each forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer.

    摘要: In a method for manufacturing a BiCMOS semiconductor device including bipolar transistors and MOS transistors, a thin gate oxide film is formed on a principal surface of a semiconductor substrate, and a first polysilicon film is formed on the thin gate oxide film. This first polysilicon film is selectively removed from a bipolar transistor formation area, and impurities are introduced into a principal surface region of a semiconductor substrate through only the thin gate oxide film so that a collector region is formed in the semiconductor substrate in the bipolar transistor formation area, and a base region is formed in the collector region, Therefore, a second polysilicon film is formed on the whole surface, and the second polysilicon film and the underlying thin gate oxide film are removed from an emitter formation area within the base region.
