In the case management method, case information involving a processing deadline is input to the management computer. Workflows, which are series of operations performed in a section that is determined beforehand in accordance with the type of generated event, are stored in a database. A predetermined workflow is selected from the stored workflow. An event pool storing the generated event in association with the selected predetermined workflow is generated in the database.

A software component indicating a schedule, a member, or a date is moved to any one of components constituting a GUI screen, and when the software component is superposed upon another component, the motion destination component constituting the GUI screen judges the type of the superposed software component to select a process to be performed.
