    摘要: First and second external terminal electrodes are formed on the same principal surface of a capacitor main body. The connection between first internal electrodes in the capacitor main body, the first external terminal electrode and the mutual connection between the plurality of first internal electrodes is achieved by a first connection portion. The connection between second internal electrodes, the second external terminal electrode and the mutual connection between the plurality of second internal electrodes is achieved by a second connection portion. The first and second connection portions are arranged alternately. Currents flow through the connection portions in opposite directions with the result that components of magnetic flux generated by such currents are cancelled and the ESL is reduced.

    摘要: A multi-layer capacitor achieves significant reduction in equivalent series inductance (ESL) and includes first inner electrodes and second inner electrodes opposing each other, first feed-through conductors and second feed-through conductors, and first outer terminal electrodes and second outer terminal electrodes. The first feed-through conductors electrically connect the first inner electrodes and the first outer terminal electrodes, and the second feed-through conductors electrically connect the second inner electrodes and the second outer terminal electrodes. The first and second feed-through conductors are arranged such that the feed-through conductors mutually cancel magnetic fields induced by current flowing through the first and second inner electrodes. Furthermore, when an alignment pitch of the first and second feed-through conductors is indicated by P and the total number of the first and second feed-through conductors is indicated by N, an arrangement is set such that a ratio of P/N is about 0.085 mm or lower.

    摘要: An LC composite component employing a ceramic sintered body obtained by laminating pluralities of magnetic green sheets and dielectric green sheets and cofiring the same. The ceramic sintered body is provided therein with a magnetic region and a dielectric region along the direction of thickness. The magnetic region of the sintered body is provided with at least one inner electrode layer which extends to first opposite side surfaces of the sintered body, thereby to define an inductance unit. The dielectric region is provided with a plurality of electrodes oppositely arranged through the dielectric substance, which plurality of electrodes includes first and second electrodes. A pair of first outer electrodes are formed on the first side surfaces of the sintered body, to be electrically connected with the inner electrode formed in the magnetic region. The first electrode in the dielectric region is electrically connected with at least one of the first outer electrodes, and the second electrodes is connected with a second outer electrode which is formed on another surface of the sintered body.

    摘要: A sampling mixer includes TAs (transconductance amplifiers), an in-phase mixer section connected to the TA and the TA, an opposite-phase mixer section connected in parallel with the in-phase mixer section, and a signal generator for generating a control signal for the in-phase mixer section and the opposite-phase mixer section respectively. The IIR filter using signals that underwent a current conversion by using the different transconductances is constructed, so that the filter characteristic can be designed by a weighting of the transconductance in addition to a capacitance ratio. As a result, the wide-band filter characteristic and the band-pass filter characteristic can be obtained, and deterioration of the receiving sensitivity can be suppressed by designing the filter characteristic suitable for the radio communication system.

    摘要: An electromechanical filter capable of achieving overall miniaturization by employing a micro oscillator such as a carbon nanotube with superior conductivity so as to enable selection of signals of a predetermined frequency. The apparatus includes an inner wall composed of a carbon nanotube that changes physically as a result of an input signal, and an outer wall composed of a carbon nanotube arranged so as to cover the inner wall and spaced by a microscopic gap from the inner wall. The outer wall detects an oscillation of the inner wall when a signal of a predetermined frequency is inputted from a connected signal input side electrode to the inner wall, so that this signal is outputted via a connected signal output side electrode.

The switch has a fixed electrode which is to become a signal transmission line, and a movable electrode formed in a levitating manner while being spaced from the fixed electrode with a gap therebetween. An insulating film is provided on the fixed electrode, and an actuator is formed around the movable electrode formed on a post section. Thereby, an electromechanical switch equipped with a movable electrode fixing mechanism which prevents occurrence of self-actuation, which has hitherto been difficult to realize, is materialized.

    摘要: A switch comprises voltage applying means for providing direct current potentials to first to third beams arranged with a spacing slightly distant one from another, and electrodes for inputting/outputting signals to/from the beams. By controlling the direct current potential provided to the beam, an electrostatic force is caused to thereby change the beam positions and change a capacitance between the beams. By causing an electrostatic force between the first and second beams and moving the both beams, the first and second beams can be electrically coupled together at high speed. Also, an electrostatic force is caused on the third beam arranged facing to the first and second beams, to previously place it close to the first and second beams. When the electrostatic force is released from between the first and second beams, the second beam moves toward the third beam thereby releasing the first and second beams of an electric coupling.
