摘要: An optical scanner in which light beams from a light source are made incident in such a manner as to extend over a plurality of reflecting surfaces of a rotating polygon mirror, comprising: a light source; a first optical system which causes at least divergent light beams of a main scanning direction from the light source to be made into substantially parallel light beams; a rotating polygon mirror which deflects the substantially parallel light beams emitted from the first optical system along a predetermined main scanning direction by the plurality of reflecting surfaces; and a second optical system which causes the light beams deflected by the rotating polygon mirror to be scanned on a surface to be scanned substantially at a uniform velocity and to be converged on the surface to be scanned, wherein the substantially parallel light beams emitted from the first optical system is provided to form a wave surface for correcting an aberration in the second optical system. Accordingly, the wave surface of light beams incident on the rotating polygon mirror is formed so as to correspond to a deflection angle by the first optical system and the aberration in the second optical system is thereby corrected.

摘要: A printed wiring board includes a substrate having an electrically conductive pattern disposed on at least one side of the substrate. An electrically conductive through-hole is formed in the substrate. At least one of a solder resist film and an electromagnetic shielding layer undercoat film are disposed over the conductive pattern but do not cover the electrically conductive through-hole. An ink layer is formed over at least one end of the electrically conductive through-hole. A method of manufacturing the printed wiring board embodied by the invention comprises providing a substrate having an electrically conductive through-hole. A conductive pattern is formed on at least one side of the substrate. At least one of a solder resist film and an electromagnetic shielding layer undercoat film are formed over the conductive pattern but not over the electrically conductive through-hole. An ink layer is formed over at least one end of the electrically conductive through-hole. The ink layer may be formed simultaneously with the printing of symbols of electronic parts to be mounted on the printed wiring board.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board is disclosed. The method comprises steps of providing a substrate for the printed circuit board, forming circuit patterns on one or both sides of the substrate, and shielding the whole or a required part of the circuit patterns by using a shield layer in such a manner that the shield layer and a grounding circuit of the circuit patterns are connected through a resistor. This method of manufacturing a printed circuit board is improved so that adhesion between the shield layer and the junction land of the grounding circuit is enhanced by the joining of the shield layer to the junction land of the grounding circuit through the resistor, and that the noise preventive action of the shield layer is improved by the attenuating of electromagnetic-wave energy received by the shield layer which is to be discharged as electrical current to the grounding circuit. For example, such improvement is made by using a resistor having a resistance value higher than that of said shield layer and/or made of a conductive material mainly composed of carbon or copper or both.

摘要: An image forming device includes a tripod type constant-velocity joint through which a rotary member shaft of a rotary member is connected to the drive shaft of a motor. The constant-velocity joint includes a pair of outer rings each having three axially extending track grooves in its inner periphery, and a tripod member having three protrusions formed on each of the axial ends thereof and axially slidably received in the corresponding track grooves. The outer rings and the tripod member are formed of synthetic resin. One of the outer rings and the tripod member are inseparably coupled to the drive shaft so that the other of the outer rings is always disconnected from the tripod member when the rotary member is pulled away from the motor.

摘要: Disclosed is a manufacturing method of sinter forged aluminum-based parts with high strength. In the manufacturing method, prepared is a raw material powder comprising, by mass: 3.0 to 10% zinc; 0.5 to 5.0% magnesium; 0.5 to 5.0% copper; inevitable amount of impurities; and the balance aluminum. The raw material powder is formed into a compact by pressing the raw material powder, sintered in a non-oxidizing atmosphere in such a manner as to heat the compact at a sintering temperature of 590 to 610 degrees C. for 10 minutes or more, before cooling the sintered compact. It is then forged by pressing the sintered compact in a pressing direction to compress the sintered compact in the pressing direction and produce plastic flow of material in a direction crossing to the pressing direction.
