摘要: A classifying separator discloses a settling tank means including the lower, rearward portions of two upwardly sloped conveyor housing means with conveyor means therein and having a common perforate wall therebetween. A perforate plate or screen is provided for the rearward escape of cement slurry from upward conveyance with rock-gravel, so that the cement slurry may overflow from the settling tank. The second conveyor means is provided for separately delivering sand separated by the perforated wall from the rock-gravel.

摘要: The present invention relates to an intelligent closed type domestic waste sorting bus, including a bus body, a main collection device, a pickup device, a wind separation device, a water separation device, an arrangement device and a control system. The rotary shafts on the pickup device are all distributed with single-row pickup nails. The main collection device is provided with a sliding sleeve, and a distal end of the sliding sleeve is provided with a cutting-stripping machine. 摘要: The value-minerals are captured by gravity-separation, from a low-grade slurry. The ratio of liquids-to-solids in the slurry affects the efficiency of capture, and an ideal liquids/solids ratio is the ratio at which the efficiency of capture is at a maximum. The ideal ratio is different for different particle-sizes. The procedure includes dewatering the slurry, dividing the dry particles by particle-size, and feeding the several size-divided dry-streams into respective capture-stations. Prior to each dry-stream entering its respective capture-station, make-up water is added to the dry-stream in such quantity as to bring the liquids/solids ratio up to the ideal, for that particle-size. The procedure makes it simple to provide accurate measurement of, and accurate control of, the liquids/solids ratio.

摘要: A method and apparatus for separating components of wet cement. A reclaim gate includes a tumbler flange with a tumbler flange opening. A strainer having strainer openings passes sand, rinse water, and cement slurry while blocking cement aggregates. A fixed plate entraps the strainer in place. The fixed plate has a reclaim aperture aligned with the screen. A rotating turn plate having a matching reclaim aperture is adjacent the fixed plate. A gate actuator retains the turn plate adjacent the fixed plate such that the turn plate can turn to selectively align the turn plate aperture with the fixed plate aperture. In use the aggregates are blocked by the screen, the sand passes through and is filtered; the slurry passes through and is collected and settled. The aggregates, sand, and rinse water can be recovered.

摘要: Disclosed are novel engineered fuel feed stocks, feed stocks produced by the described processes, methods of making the fuel feed stocks, methods of producing energy from the fuel feed stocks. Components derived from processed MSW waste streams can be used to make such feed stocks which are substantially free of glass, metals, grit and noncombustibles and contain a sorbent. These feed stocks are useful for a variety of purposes including as gasification and combustion fuels. In addition, one or more sorbents can be added to the feed stocks in order to reduce the amount of a variety of pollutants present in traditional fuel and feed stocks, including, but not limited, sulfur and chlorine. Further, these feed stocks with added sorbent can mitigate corrosion, improve fuel conversion, extend power generating plant lifetime, reduce ash slagging, and reduced operating temperature.
