    摘要: An alicyclic polyamine of the formula (1) ##STR1## wherein Y.sub.1 represents a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group and R.sub.1 through R.sub.4 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, or an aralkyl group. The alicyclic polyamine can be obtained by subjecting a 3-formylcycloalkanone or 3-formylcycloalkenone to reductive amination reaction.

    摘要: For the continuous preparation of a mixture of amino-methyl-cyclohexanes and diamino-methyl-cyclohexanes by catalytic hydrogenation of diamino-toluenes with hydrogen at temperatures of from 150.degree. to 260.degree. C. and an H.sub.2 pressure of from 20 to 500 bar, use is made of reduced support-free catalysts which are produced from pressed powders of cobalt, manganese, copper and alkaline earth metal (hydr)oxides, with or without a content of at least one (hydr)oxide of metals of transition group V and/or VI of the Periodic Table of the Elements (Mendeleev).

    摘要: A process for the preparation of a 2-(3-aminopropyl)-cycloalkylamine of the general formula I ##STR1## in which the subscript n is an integer from 1 to 4, from a 2-(2-cyanoethyl)-cycloalkanone of the general formula II ##STR2## in which the subscript n has the meaning stated, wherein the following stages are carried out in discrete reaction chambers:a) the 2-(2-cyanoethyl)-cycloalkanone of formula II is reacted in a first reaction chamber with excess ammonia over an acidic heterogeneous catalyst at a temperature from 20.degree. to 150.degree. C. and a pressure of from 15 to 500 bar, andb) in a second reaction chamber, the reaction product from stage a) is hydrogenated at a temperature of from 60.degree. to 150.degree. C. and a pressure of from 50 to 300 bar in the presence of excess ammonia over a catalyst containing cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, and/or some other noble metal, which catalyst optionally contains a basic component or is supported on neutral or basic supporting material.

    摘要: The invention relates to bis(3-cyano-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylidene)-azine (=IPN-azine), a method of its preparation by reacting 1,3,3-trimethyl-5-oxocyclohexane carbonitrile (=IPN) with a source for hydrazine in a molar ratio of essentially 2 to 1 in the presence of a solvent and to a method for the further processing of the IPN-azine to 3-(aminomethyl)-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl amine (isophorone diamine=IPDA) by means of a hydrogenating azine splitting with hydrogen in the presence of an organic solvent, ammonia and of a catalytic system from the series (a) of a cobalt- or nickel-containing Raney catalyst and of a cocatalyst from the series of salts of the elements aluminum, cobalt, nickel, yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir and Pt or of carrier-supported noble metals from the series Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt or b) of a carrier-supported Ru-, Pd- or Pt catalyst at a pressure of 3 to 30 MPa and a temperature of 50.degree. to 150.degree. C. The method of the invention concerning IPN-azine makes it possible to obtain IPDA from IPN in high yield and purity and avoids disadvantages of the previously known reductive amination of IPN.
