摘要: A control device to control a motor includes a stator including a coil, a rotor including a permanent magnet, a detector that detects a rotational position of the rotor at every predetermined angle and outputs a position signal indicating the detected rotational position, and a controller that receives the position signal output by the detector and adjusts a duty ratio of a driving signal of the rotor by a pulse width modulation scheme based on the received position signal to control rotation of the rotor. The controller raises the duty ratio from a first duty ratio, starting from a point in time at which the position signal is received, and returns the raised duty ratio to the first duty ratio when a next position signal has been received.

A carrier element, which is formed having at least one receptacle element for a plug housing for accommodating at least one plug connector and also at least one clamping element for fixing the carrier element on the stator core as a coherent unit and one-piece component, is arranged pressing against a first end face of the stator aligned in an axial direction. The at least one clamping element is arranged on a side of the carrier element aligned in the axial direction and facing toward the stator core and having an inner side pressing against an outer side of an outer wall of the stator core, centering the carrier element on the stator core.

摘要: An electric drive motor has a permanent magnet rotor with a motor shaft on which a permanent magnet carrier is fastened. A first axial end portion of the motor shaft has a seat for an impeller and the permanent magnet carrier carries at least one permanent magnet at a second axial end portion of the motor shaft. The permanent magnet carrier is pot-shaped with a pot base portion, fastened to the second axial end portion and extending radially to the motor shaft, and a circular cylinder wall portion directly adjoining the outer periphery of the pot base portion and coaxially surrounding the motor shaft. The pot base portion and the circular cylinder wall portion have an at least approximately identical or exactly identical wall thickness. There is also described a wet-rotor pump and a household appliance with such an electric drive motor.

摘要: A conduit box useful for mounting on an industrial size AC induction motor in a hazardous environment. The conduit box includes a cover and housing, a gasket seal between the cover and housing, and an internal partition wall. The conduit box is made of a cross-linked polymer matrix with a glass fiber content of about 26% by weight, in which the material has thermosetting dimensional stability and formed from a composition of polyesters and vinyl ester. The walls of the conduit box are tapered and the conduit box otherwise composed and constructed to meet requirements of the hazardous environment.

摘要: An electric machine is presented. The electric machine includes a hollow rotor; and a stator disposed within the hollow rotor, the stator defining a flow channel. The hollow rotor includes a first end portion defining a fluid inlet, a second end portion defining a fluid outlet; the fluid inlet, the fluid outlet, and the flow channel of the stator being configured to allow passage of a fluid from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet via the flow channel; and wherein the hollow rotor is characterized by a largest cross-sectional area of hollow rotor, and wherein the flow channel is characterized by a smallest cross-sectional area of the flow channel, wherein the smallest cross-sectional area of the flow channel is at least about 25% of the largest cross-sectional area of the hollow rotor. An electric fluid pump and a power generation system are also presented.

摘要: A method provides power to a subsea equipment electrical system underwater, without a wet-mated electrical connection. The method includes temporarily coupling a rotary coupling element of a power source to the subsea equipment and turning that element to generate electric power on board the equipment. Subsea equipment that implements the method comprises: an on-board electric power generator connected to an electrical load such as a rechargeable battery to charge the battery when the generator is driven; and a rotary coupling element that is turned by an external drive to drive the generator. Alternative subsea equipment to implement the method comprises: a stator, but not a rotor, of an on-board electric power generator, which supplies current to the load when an externally-driven rotor is positioned adjacent to the stator and turned relative to the stator. A power source having a generator rotor is docked with the equipment for this purpose.

摘要: A static vacuum shafting device for an integrated rotary transformer includes: a driving component, a vacuum sealing cover, a position detection component, a shafting base, a vacuum insulation sleeve, three O-shaped seal rings, a first rolling bearing, a second rolling bearing, a bearing gap ring, a transmission shaft, a shafting flange, a walking rolling bearing, and two bearing glands. The driving component includes a motor stator, a rotary transformer stator, a motor and rotary transformer integrated rotor, a rotor flange plate and a stator-fixing pressing block which are coaxially assembled. The vacuum sealing cover includes a sealing cover upper flange, a sealing cover, and a sealing cover lower flange. The shafting device couples a motor shaft to a load rigidly, thereby achieving a “zero-transmission” method and a “zero-leakage” sealed transmission of a shafting, and is particularly suitable for a power transmission of a vacuum robot in a high-vacuum environment.
