摘要: Fusing nanowire inks are described that can also comprise a hydrophilic polymer binder, such as a cellulose based binder. The fusing nanowire inks can be deposited onto a substrate surface and dried to drive the fusing process. Transparent conductive films can be formed with desirable properties.

摘要: The elastomeric electrode includes: a stretchable substrate 10 having wrinkles formed on one surface thereof, the peaks C and valleys T of the wrinkles being repeated; a wrinkled metal nanoparticle layer 20 including metal nanoparticles 21 and formed by deposition of the metal nanoparticles along the wrinkles of the substrate 10; and a wrinkled monomolecular layer 30 including a monomolecular material having one or more amine groups (—NH2) and formed by deposition of the monomolecular material onto the metal nanoparticle layer 20. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the elastomeric electrode.

摘要: The present invention relates to a surface treatment composition comprising, on the basis of 100 wt % of the solid part of the composition, 20-40 wt % of a water-soluble polyurethane resin, 40-60 wt % of a silane-based sol-gel resin in which three types of silane compounds are cross-linked, 5-15 wt % of a curing agent, 0.5-1.5 wt % of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1.0 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound, 1.0-3.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; 1.0-2.0 wt % of an organometallic complex, 1.0-2.0 wt % of an acid scavenger, 0.1-1.0 wt % of an aluminum-based compound, and 1.0-2.0 wt % of a lubricant. A ternary hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet treated with a chromium-free surface treatment coating agent, according to an exemplary embodiment in the present invention, has excellent resistance to blackening, alkali and corrosion, and provides excellent effects without concern for problems, in chromium treatment, of additional equipment installation, an increase in manufacturing costs and environmental pollution.

摘要: A system treats uneven surfaces of additive manufactured objects to improve the transparency and glossiness of the surfaces. The system operates an actuator to dip the additive manufactured object into a bath of fluid material that is the same as the material used to form the uneven surface to smooth the surface of the object and operates a sprayer to apply another fluid material to a surface of the object that is identified as being rougher based on the object's geometric data. A heater is provided to dry non-UV curable material applied to the object and a source of UV radiation is provided to cure UV curable material applied to the object.

摘要: The invention relates to an in-utero ventriculoamniotic shunting device that includes a composite shunt tube composed of polymer material, e.g., silicone-based material, and metallic wire, having a bend or curve formed in the length of the shunt tube, with one or more anchors composed of super-elastic wire or mesh, e.g., shape memory alloy wire or mesh structures, attached to the shunt tube, and a one-way passive valve composed of a thin polymer membrane. The anchors are effective to prevent migration and dislodgement of the shunting device following its deployment, and the valve is effective to prevent the backflow of amniotic fluid.
