The forming including disposing a casing liner print head in an annular region located between a casing pipe disposed in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well and a wall of the wellbore, and conducting a downhole lining operation including operating the casing liner print head to eject casing liner material into the annular region to form, in the annular region, a casing liner including elongated voids formed in the casing liner material.

摘要: A design system generates a design for an in-ear device customized for a user. The in-ear device produces audio content for the user. The design system captures anthropometric data of the user. Using machine learning techniques, the design system determines features of an ear of the user from the anthropometric and generates a three dimensional (3D) geometry of the user's ear. A design for the in-ear device is generated based on the 3D geometry of the user's ear and includes a shell configured to fit in at least a portion of an ear canal of the user.

摘要: A multidimensional printer makes a multidimensional structure from a liquid composition and includes: an energetic crosslinking particle source; a vacuum chamber that receives energetic crosslinking particles from the energetic crosslinking particle source; a membrane that transmits the energetic crosslinking particles; and a sample chamber that: receives a liquid composition that includes a solvent and polymers, the polymers including a cross-linkable moiety subjected to the energetic crosslinking particles such that portions of the polymers proximate to the cross-linkable moieties subjected to the energetic crosslinking particles crosslink to form a solid crosslinked polymer structure, wherein the membrane isolates a vacuum of the vacuum chamber from vapor of the liquid composition in the sample chamber.

摘要: According to embodiments of the disclosed subject matter in this application, a three-dimensional (“3D”) printer with a printhead, scraping mechanism and a printer bed is disclosed. When instructed, the 3D printer starts printing a 3D object on the printer bed. Once the 3D printer completes printing the 3D object, the scraping mechanism removes the 3D object out of the printer bed so that the 3D printer may start printing a new 3D object without human intervention.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed ion-exchange systems and devices that include composite ion-exchange membranes having 3D printed spacers on them. These 3D printed spacers can drastically reduce the total intermembrane spacing within the system/device while maintaining a reliable sealing surface around the exterior border of the membrane. By adding the spacers directly to the membrane using additive manufacturing, the amount of material used can be reduced without adversely impacting the manufacturability of the composite membrane as well as allow for complex spacer geometries that can reduce the restrictions to flow resulting in less pressure drop associated with the flow in the active area of the membranes.
