Abstract:
A catalyst composition for use in manufacturing methacrolein by reacting with one of isobutene and t-butanol, the catalyst composition being represented by the formula of: x (Mo12BiaFebCocAdBeOf)/y Z. Mo12BiaFebCocAdBeOf is an oxide compound. Z is a catalyst carrier is one of graphite, boron, silicon, germanium powder, and a mixture thereof. Mo, Bi, Fe, Co, and O are chemical symbols of molybdenum, bismuth, iron, cobalt, and oxygen respectively. A is one of W, V, Ti, Zr, Nb, Ni, and Re. B is one of K, Rb, Cs, Sr, and Ba. The catalyst is adapted to not only enhance the production of methacrolein with high activeness and high selectivity but also effectively control the heat point of the catalyst during the methacrolein manufacturing process to prolong the catalyst life.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are described including transmitting data if a slot count is equal to a triggering event, selecting a new triggering event responsive to a failed data transmission and replacing the triggering event with the new triggering event.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are described including identifying a channel that a decentralized network is using for communications and identifying a station that is a member of the decentralized network to monitor data transmission activity over the identified channel. Also described are a method and apparatus for a station to transmit data over a communication medium of a decentralized network including monitoring the communication medium, determining if the communication medium is idle, transmitting data if the communication medium is idle and if the station has a data to transmit and adjusting a slot count and a service ring configuration if the medium is busy. Further described are a method and apparatus including monitoring a communication channel used by a decentralized network, determining a number of available idle time slots between two successive frame transmissions initiated by different stations, updating a service ring, adjusting a number of stations and adjusting a slot count.
Abstract:
A method for processing keystrokes is described herein. A first keystroke representing a symbol for a first operating system may be received on a first computer. The first keystroke may be translated to a second keystroke representing the symbol for a second operating system on a second computer. The second operating system is different from the first operating system. The second keystroke may be sent to the second computer.

Abstract:
A distribution method and an operation method and system of application system in mobile communication network are disclosed. The methods are adapted to mobile information field, which include: a mobile communication terminal establishes connection with an application system distribution platform through a mobile communication network; the mobile communication terminal uses the application system by an application system human-computer interaction module installed on the application system distribution platform; the application system and the human-computer interaction module run; an output process module of the application system distribution platform obtains a screen display image data of the human-computer interaction module, and sends it to the mobile communication terminal; the mobile communication terminal displays the screen display image of the human-computer interaction module, and sends an input information to the human-computer interaction module; step C and step E are repeated until the mobile communication terminal exit from the operation of the application system. The present invention can make an application system distributed on a mobile communication terminal, therefore, the network requirement is little, and the experience of the user is high.
Abstract:
To communicate in a press-to-talk (PTT) session, a message for requesting a right to talk in the PTT session is sent over a wireless link between a mobile station and a base station system. The message for requesting the right to talk in the PTT session is sent in wireless signaling over the wireless link. An acknowledgment of the wireless signaling carrying the message is received, with the acknowledgment sent by the base station system in response to the control signaling. An indication is provided at the mobile station of the right to talk in response to the acknowledgment.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for calling video communication service by video communication terminal. The method comprises the steps of: (a) a first video communication terminal launches a call to a multipoint control unit (MCU) and sends an conference information needed for convening a conference to the MCU through an In-Band channel established between both sides; (b) the MCU convenes the conference according to the conference information received. The invention also discloses a message data form for transferring information through an In-Band channel in a video communication service. The message data form comprises: a data starting mark field, a data type field, a data length field, a field for no less than one piece of sub-information, a data ending mark field and a cyclic redundancy check field.
Abstract:
A user assigns a major and minor channel number combination to a media service which does not have such a pre-existing combination, where such a media service is accessed by using such a channel combination without having to resort to the typical means of accessing the media service, such as using a web site URL or radio frequency. Optionally, the invention will automatically update the minor numbers associated with a media service when older versions of the media service become unavailable.
