A mat for a hybrid sport or decorative turf, having a form of a woven fabric, with a single-sided cover pile made of olefin synthetic yarns such as polyethylene and/or polypropylene and/or polyester, according to a ⅜W or 5/12W or 7/16W weave structure, comprising pile burls interlaced with weft, wherein the ends of the burls form synthetic grass blades. The mat has from 5000 to 20000 pile burls per m2, a warp density from 54 to 72 ends/10 cm, a weft density from 30 to 80 ends/10 cm and a pile height from 20 to 140 mm, wherein each pile burl (3) is interlaced at least two times over three weft fibres (5), and wherein the total surface mass of the mat is from 753 to 2105 g/m2.

A moisture-vapor-permeable and water-resistant fiber involves a layer of base fabric, a moisture-vapor-permeable layer, and a water absorption layer. The moisture vapor permeable layer is obtained by coating or laminating the inner side of the fabric with a moisture-vapor-permeable resin, which prohibits the penetration of the water droplets but allows the penetration of the moisture vapor molecules. The moisture absorption layer with intricate and colorful design is composed of binding resin blended with fiber powder and/or inorganic powder, and which is dot-coated or dot-printed onto the inner side of the moisture-vapor-permeable and water-resistant layer. The fiber powder or inorganic powder is highly hydrophilic and highly absorbent in its moisture absorption ability, which, when the clothes are fabricated, can prevent the penetration of raindrops but allows the transmission of the evaporated vapor of sweat through the fabric. Moreover, it is capable of absorbing plentiful amount of sweat.

Disclosed is a 3-D crimp polyethylene terephthalate multifilament (BCF) having a stress-strain curve that (a) it elongates less than 5.0% when subjected to an initial stress of 1.0 g/d, (b) it has an initial modulus of 20 to 60 g/d, (c) it elongates at least 20% when subjected to a stress region of 1.0 to 2.5 g/d and (d) it elongates from a tensile strength of at least 3.0 g/d to the tensile strength at break. The BCF has improved physical properties such as excellent flame retardancy, high toughness, improved crimp uniformity and improved compressive elasticity modulus.

A method of forming a tufted PET carpet assembly with PET yam comprising the steps of tufting the PET yarn at a pre-determined gauge onto a backing, applying a back coating to the tufted PET via extrusion to lock the tufted PET to the backing, and applying steam to the tufted PET to enhance the look and feel of the PET.

The present invention relates to a color-coated fouling-resistant conductive cloth and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the steps of providing a conductive cloth interwoven by natural fibers or artificial fibers and containing a metal layer, and forming at least one colored resin-coating layer on the metal layer of the conductive cloth by means of blade coating, wherein the surface of the resin-coating layer does not exceed the intersections of warp yarns and weft yarns of the conductive cloth. The conductive cloth of the present invention has the characteristics of colored appearance, artificial or environmental contamination resistance, and low surface resistance.
