The prepared wallpaper is environmentally friendly and wholesome, and the wallpaper has superior properties such as weathering resistance, contaminating resistance, flame resistance, moisture resistance and mould resistance.

摘要： A covering is provided for exterior application on solid surfaces such as walkways, steps, decks, patios, and docks. The covering is formed of a top layer of fibrous material, such as carpet, a bottom layer of adhesive applied at a basis weight of between 185-1000 gsm, and a heating element sandwiched between. The heating element may be supported by an intermediate layer, such as rubber mat, or may be embedded into the adhesive. A control system may be provided for the heating element. A release sheet is secured over the adhesive for removal during installation. The covering can be sized for a step or a walkway.

摘要： An improved cushioned carpet fabric is provided. The cushioned carpet comprises a primary carpet having a primary base and a plurality of pile-forming yarns projecting outwardly from one side. A layer of reinforcement material is bonded to the primary base on the side opposite the pile forming yarns. The reinforcement layer is adjacent to and embedded in, a cushion layer of a polymer such as a polyurethane. There is preferably no additional adhesive between the cushion layer and the layer of reinforcement material since the primary carpet fabric is mated in-situ to the polyurethane-forming composition without preheating the polyurethane-forming composition. An apparatus and process for forming the cushioned carpet fabric of the present invention are also provided.

摘要： The present invention relates to a non-blocking roll of roofing membrane employing a combination of silicone rubber sealant, non-woven fiberglass scrim and pressure sensitive adhesive. The method utilizes a process by which silicone rubber sealant is applied to the top surface of the non-woven fiberglass scrim and made to penetrate 1/10 to 9/10 of the way into the thickness of the scrim, thus no silicone rubber sealant reaches the bottom or underside surface of the scrim. To the remaining {fraction (9/10)} to {fraction (1/10)} of the scrim's thickness and to the bottom surface of the scrim is applied pressure sensitive adhesive. This construction results into a self-adherent roofing membrane that can be packaged and transferred in roll form without the need to include an additional release liner sheet or non-blocking material such as talc, mica, or clay powder.

摘要： A process for the production of padding layers having a high degree of thermal insulation, and particularly suitable for use in clothing and furnishing, comprises the steps of producing, by means of carding machines, a layer or web comprising a mixture of polyester fibres with silicone treated fibers of the same or different nature. This layer or web is then resin coated on one side with a mixture of sticky plastic adhesives which, when polymerized, form a very soft and elastic film; on the other side of the same layer a non-sticky adhesive is sprayed or otherwise applied and the thus treated web is then subjected to a calendering operation at a temperature varying between predetermined limits. Subsequently, a layer of metal particles embedded in synthetic resins is applied to one or both sides of the said layer in such a way as to form a thermal barrier operable to reduce the transmission of heat by radiation and convection through the layer itself.
