Abstract: A reception processor receives the cell detection reference signals, each of the cell detection reference signals being transmitted from corresponding one of a plurality of cells. An RRM report generator generates measurement information indicating a measurement result of reception quality measured using the cell detection reference signal. A transmission processor transmits the measurement information. The cell detection reference signals are mapped to any one of a plurality of candidate resources, which is a part of a plurality of resources set for other reference signals in a subframe to which the cell detection reference signals are mapped.

Abstract: An encoder includes circuitry and memory. Using the memory, the circuitry, in operation, selects an encoding mode from among candidates including a decoder-side motion vector refinement (DMVR) encoding mode and a partition encoding mode. When the DMVR encoding mode is selected, the circuitry: obtains a first motion vector for a first image block; derives a second motion vector from the first motion vector using motion search; and generates a prediction image for the first image block using the second motion vector. When the partition encoding mode is selected, the circuitry: determines a plurality of partitions in a second image block; obtains a third motion vector for each partition; and generates a prediction image for the second image block using the third motion vector, without deriving a fourth motion vector from the third motion vector using motion search.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to enabling and disabling of codewords in multi-subframe grants. In particular, dynamic and subframe based enabling/disabling of codewords is enabled even if other control parameters including the resource allocation is performed for multiple subframes. For instance, signal from a scheduling entity to a scheduled entity comprises control information including the resource grant common for multiple subframes and a plurality of codewords for each subframe, and a codeword indication indicating enabling or disabling of one or more codewords for each of the multiple subframes. For each subframe it is determined whether a codeword from the plurality of codewords in said subframes is enabled or disabled according to the codeword indication and/or which codeword is enabled or disabled. The indication of enabling and disabling may alternatively be done by using modulation and coding scheme indicator values which are not associated with a particular modulation and coding scheme.

Abstract: Provided is an information processing method of one authentication server in a management system including one or more vehicles and one or more authentication servers. Abstract: A decoder includes memory and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to: generate a first coefficient value by applying a CCALF (cross component adaptive loop filtering) process to a first reconstructed image sample of a luma component; clip the first coefficient value such that the clipped first coefficient value is within a first range from −27 to 27−1; generate a second coefficient value by applying an ALF (adaptive loop filtering) process to a second reconstructed image sample of a chroma component; clip the second coefficient value such that the clipped second coefficient value is within a second range different from the first range; generate a third coefficient value by adding the clipped first coefficient value to the clipped second coefficient value; and generate a third reconstructed image sample of the chroma component using the third coefficient value.
