Abstract: A vehicle braking device performs a following control which makes an actual value of a physical quantity follow a first target value when the actual value of the physical quantity is a value outside a dead zone and a suppression control which suppresses a change of the actual value when the actual value is a value within the dead zone in order to control the physical quantity associated with the braking force to be the first target value. The vehicle braking device comprises a setting portion which sets a second target value which follows the first target value and which is smaller than the first target value, when the first target value is increasing and a control portion which performs a control to make the actual value approximate the second target value.

Abstract: This vehicle control device is provided with: a control unit for executing one-pedal control, that is, the control for accelerating a vehicle when a single pedal is depressed from a predetermined reference point of a pedal stroke, and for decelerating the vehicle when the pedal is released from the reference point; and a determination unit for determining whether or not a rate of change in a pedal operation amount when the pedal is released is equal to or greater than a first threshold value. The control unit performs control for increasing a braking force when the rate of change is equal to or greater than the first threshold value.

Abstract: Electric parking brake devices are configured such that a parking lever is driven by an electric actuator. The electric actuator is provided with: an electric motor drivable in a forward/reverse direction and operationally controlled by a motor control unit according to rotational loads; a conversion mechanism capable of converting a rotational motion into a linear motion, moving the parking lever from a return position toward an operating position through forward rotation of the electric motor, and moving the parking lever from the operating position toward the return position through the reverse rotation of the electric motor; and a load applying mechanism (a stopper and a disc spring assembly) for applying a predetermined rotational load to the electric motor by driving a constituent member of the conversion mechanism after the parking lever is moved from the operating position to the return position through the reverse rotation of the electric motor.

Abstract: Provided are a compact, highly reliable electric parking brake driving device and an electric parking brake device. This electric parking brake driving device transmits a driving force generated by an electric motor to a parking brake actuator via a speed reduction mechanism, and makes the wheels generate a braking force. A gear body of the electric parking brake driving device is formed by joining a lower body and an upper body. A bracket member is fixed to the lower body, and the electric motor is positioned in the radial direction by engaging with the bracket member. A rubber disk is placed between the lower end surface of the electric motor and the bottom surface of the lower body, and the rubber disk impels the electric motor toward the bracket member in the direction of the rotation axis.

When it is determined that emergency braking is requested, a control device of the brake device sets, as the assistance limit pressure, the MC pressure Pmc at that point in time, and operates the brake actuator, to execute brake assistance processing for assisting WC pressure increase.

Abstract: This electric braking device transmits power generated by an electric motor to a pressing member and causes pressing force to be generated by the pressing member with respect to a friction member. The electric braking device includes a lock mechanism. A locked state (in which movement of a locked section in a direction in which pressing force decreases is impossible) is achieved in the lock mechanism by: performing “supplied power amount reduction control” in which the amount of power supplied to the electric motor is reduced while a locking member is maintained in a lockable position; causing the locked section to move in the direction in which pressing force decreases; and causing the locking member and the locked section to engage. When performing supplied power amount reduction control, the amount of power supplied is first reduced by a large reduction gradient and then reduced by a small reduction gradient.
