Abstract:
An analog access circuit for characterizing chalcogenide memory cells is disclosed. The analog access circuit includes an analog access control module, an address and data control module, and an analog cell access and current monitoring module. The analog access control module selectively controls whether a normal memory access or an analog memory access should be performed on a specific chalcogenide memory cell. The address and data control module allows a normal memory access to the chalcogenide memory cell according to an input address. The analog cell access and current monitoring module performs an analog memory access to the chalcogenide memory cell according to the input address, and monitors a reference current from a sense amplifier associated with the chalcogenide memory cell.

Some methods comprise identifying chemical candidates that modulate interaction of IL-2 promoter with FOXP3 and/or fragments thereof comprising the Zinc-LeuZip domains. A high-speed data compared latch with auto-adjustment of offset, includes input pair transistors P, input pair transistors N, a compared latch module, an input control module, an output control module and a offset logic control module, the offset logic control module creates two control signals that regulate the number of input pair transistors P and input pair transistors N respectively according to reset signal RESET and the latched output of the compared latch module, and achieve self correcting of offset through regulating the number of the input pair transistors P and the input pair transistors N. The present invention is a feedback mechanism, automatically trimming the number of differential input pair to achieve the trimming differential pair operating point and the threshold voltage, eliminate the process variation, and latch on more precise control match the differential input pair transistors of the high-speed data compared latch in receiver accurately.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an Instant Messenger (IM) and a method for dispatching tasks by the IM. The method includes: presetting task information in a start-up program configuration table, and dispatching, by the IM, tasks in batches according to the task information in the start-up program configuration table. Preferably, the task information includes the execution delay information and priority information of the tasks. The IM includes a logging-on flow management module and a task dispatching management module. The logging-on flow management module is adapted to store the start-up program configuration table, which is configured with the task information. The task dispatching management module is adapted to dispatch the tasks in batches according to the task information in the start-up program configuration table. With embodiments of the invention, the start-up delay of the IM may be reduced.

A simple and robust CTL is used for time tracking of multipath components of a spread spectrum signal transmitted over a wireless multipath fading channel. A digital code-tracking loop includes the implementations of despreading early and late data samples by use of a pseudonoise sequence, an error signal output generated by the despreading, and adjustment for a plurality of on-time, early and late samples, a data rate of a control signal provided as a fractional proportion of a data rate of error signals.

An electrically powered pump for a cooling system in a machine such as an electric drive track-type tractor includes a pump housing having a first volute and a second volute, each including a different cooling circuit segment. A drive assembly including an electric motor and a pump shaft is positioned within the pump housing, and a first impeller and a second impeller are mounted on the pump shaft at first and second axial locations on opposite sides of a rotor of the electric motor. The first impeller has a first impeller configuration, and defines a first tolerance sensitivity with the first volute, and a second impeller has a second, different impeller configuration and defines a second, lesser tolerance sensitivity with the second volute. The first impeller may include au open impeller positioned at a first clearance with the first volute, and the second impeller may include a closed impeller positioned at a second, greater clearance with the second volute.
