摘要： The present invention provides a method for measuring the temperature of a motor for a hybrid electric vehicle. In preferred embodiments, the method of the present invention can preferably ensure the stability and reliability of motor control by extending the linearity of a temperature sensor attached to the motor within a required measurement range.The present invention preferably provides a method for measuring the temperature of a motor for a hybrid electric vehicle, in which a required measurement range of motor temperature is divided into high and low temperature ranges and a hardware gain circuit is divided into first and second gain blocks such that the first gain block measures the temperature of the high temperature range and the second gain block measures the temperature of the low temperature range.

摘要： A gallium nitride (GaN) light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided, the method including sequentially forming a buffer layer and a first nitride layer on a silicon substrate, and forming a plurality of patterns by dry etching the first nitride layer. Each pattern includes a pair of sidewalls facing each other. A reflective layer is deposited on the first nitride layer so that one sidewall of the pair is exposed by the reflective layer. An n-type nitride layer that covers the first nitride layer is formed by horizontally growing an n-type nitride from the exposed sidewall, and a GaN-based light emitting structure layer is formed on the n-type nitride layer.

摘要： A filter type trapping agent for volatile cesium compound and trapping method for volatile cesium compound thereof are provided. More particularly, a filter type trapping agent for volatile cesium compound including silica 40˜65% by weight of silica, 15˜30% by weight of alumina, 5˜15% by weight of iron oxide, 1˜15% by weight of molybdenum oxide, 1˜10% by weight of chromium oxide, and 1˜10% by weight of vanadium oxide and trapping method for volatile cesium compound thereof are provided. Through a filter type trapping agent for volatile cesium compound and a trapping method, only cesium can be selectively separated among the nuclear fission gases. Accordingly, by disposing only the filter where cesium is trapped, the efficiency of an off-gas process improves, expense for disposing filter wastes decreases, and a cesium isotope of the waste filter can be recycled. Therefore, many forms of cesium compound gas are made insoluble efficiently.
