    摘要： A suture implant device includes: a splice; a fixed loop having a first fixed end at a first end of the splice and a second fixed end at the first end of the splice; an adjustable loop having a fixed end at the second end of the splice and an adjustable end at the second end of the splice, the adjustable end passes through the at least a portion of the splice so that a tensioning strand extending from the adjustable loop protrudes from the splice; a needle on the fixed loop; and a member on the adjustable loop. A method of cinching a first tissue to a second tissue includes: attaching the suture implant to a first tissue; attaching the suture implant to a second tissue; and cinching the first tissue to the second tissue without the suture implant sliding against or through the first tissue.

    摘要： A method and apparatus for echoing media via a mobile device are disclosed herein. According to an embodiment, the method can include displaying automatically to a user, on the mobile device, a list of one or more respective identifiers of one or more other users experiencing respective media within a selectable geographic area. The user is then allowed to select whether to play one or more of the respective media on the mobile device, and can connect with the one or more other users via a social networking site. As a result, the user can network with previously unknown people, based on a common taste in music or other media, for example, as well as a geographic location.

    摘要： The present invention provides a device and method for classifying a user using pattern recognition of an input device. A series of the keystroke objects are received via the user input interface. A typing signature is determined for the series of keystroke objects using the processor by analyzing the key attributes of the series of keystroke objects using a pattern recognition algorithm. The typing signature is compared to one or more user typing signatures stored in the memory using the processor. The user is classified based on whether or not the typing signature is statistically similar to one of the stored typing signatures.

A request for customer assistance is generated by a customer using an application executing on a handheld mobile smart device. The response includes the employee's expected arrival time at the customer's location and a floor plan map that depicts the progress of the employee as the employee travels to the customer's location.
