A method and apparatus for verifying a release of a local IP access (LIPA) packet data network (PDN) connection in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobility management entity (MME) receives a handover preparation message from a source home eNodeB (HeNB), verifying whether the LIPA PDN connection has been released or not on receiving the handover preparation message. If the LIPA PDN connection has been released already, the MME performs a normal handover procedure. If the LIPA PDN connection has not been released, the MME transmits a handover preparation failure message to the source HeNB.

Since the 2-arylbenzothiophene derivatives of Formula 1 have a relatively high binding affinity for β-amyloid, they can be used as diagnostic reagents for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease at an early stage by non-invasive techniques when they are labeled with radioisotopes: wherein R1-R4, V, W, X, Y and Z are as defined in the Detailed Descript of the specification. Further, when the pharmaceutical composition containing the 2-arylbenzothiophene derivative binds with a low-molecular weight β-amyloid peptide binding compound, generation of malignant high-molecular weight β-amyloid deposits is minimized. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition can be used as a therapeutic agent of degenerative brain disease such as Alzheimer's disease.

A mobile station searches for at least one closed subcarrier group (CSG) cell included in a whitelist of the mobile station, and transmits to a GSM/EDGE radio access network (GERAN) cell the measurement report message including a toggling discriminator, which indicates an optimal CSG cell that satisfies a reporting criterion among the at least one found CSG cell, and a physical cell identify (PCI) and frequency of the optimal CSG cell.

The method includes starting a first reselection timer if a signal property value of a first neighbor cell with a higher priority than a serving cell is increased to above a threshold, starting a first delay timer if a second reselection timer that is a reselection timer of a second neighbor cell with a higher priority than the first neighbor cell is running at the expiry of the first reselection timer, reselecting the second neighbor cell as a suitable cell if the second reselection timer expires before the expiry of the first delay timer, and reselecting the first neighbor cell as the suitable cell if the first delay timer expires before the expiry of the second reselection timer.

A home evolved NodeB (HeNB) gateway (GW)/X2-proxy receives a UE context release message, forwards the UE context release message to a source eNB; and releasing the UE context of the corresponding UE. The source eNB and the target eNB may be connected through an indirect X2 interface. Or, a home evolved NodeB (HeNB) gateway (GW)/X2-proxy receives a UE context release request message from a source eNB, and releases the UE context of the corresponding UE based on the UE context release request message. The source eNB and the target eNB may be connected through a direct X2 interface.
