Also disclosed are leakproofing membrane compositions, soundproofing membrane compositions, liquid sealing system compositions, asphalt mix coating compositions, asphalt coating compositions, primer compositions, varnish compositions, mastic compositions, adhesive compositions or binder emulsion compositions which comprise said binder. In addition, a method is disclosed for reducing the amount of bitumen of petroleum origin in said compositions.
Abstract:
A rigid foam or a composition allowing a rigid foam to be obtained, including a polyester polyol or a polymer including a polyester polyol, the polyester polyol being obtained by a first polycondensation (a) of a C3 to C8 sugar alcohol Z and two identical or different C4 to C36 diacids Y and Y′ and a second polycondensation (b) of the product obtained in (a) with two identical or different C2 to C12 diols X and X′.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method (100) for recovering and/or recycling a bituminous product by means of pulsed power, the bituminous product comprising bitumen and elements to be separated, involving the following steps: —supplying (101) a reactor (11) inside which at least two electrodes (13) extend with the bituminous product and a liquid medium of which at least one liquid component has Hansen solubility parameters δη, δρ and δd such that the bitumen is at least partially soluble in the liquid medium, the elements to be separated being insoluble, —generating (102) a series of electromagnetic pulses between the electrodes (13) in the reactor (11) so as to produce, as a result of the power, the frequency and the switching time of the electromagnetic pulses, at least one shock wave and at least ultraviolet radiation, in such a way as to disperse and dissolve the bitumen in the liquid medium, and to separate the bitumen and the insoluble elements, the liquid medium preventing the reconstitution of the bitumen.
Abstract:
Disclosed are granules comprising an elastomeric polyurethane and bitumen, processes for preparing the granules in an extruder and to their use for preparing a bituminous binder, which may especially be used for producing prefabricated sealing membranes by depositing said bituminous binder onto a fibrous support.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a binder of vegetable origin based on oil, modified vegetable resin and optionally a heat stabilizer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymerisable plasticiser formed by a hydrocarbon chain, one end of which bears more than one isocyanate function, said hydrocarbon chain comprising and/or being substituted by an aromatic ring and/or an aliphatic ring and/or said hydrocarbon chain is substituted by at least two hydrocarbon chains that can comprise an unsaturation, and the number of isocyanate functions being strictly greater than 1, preferably greater than 1.2, and, more preferably, grater than 1.5 but less than or equal to 2.2. The invention also relates to liquid polyurethane resin compositions and, in particular, stable, ready-to-use liquid polyurethane resin compositions comprising said plasticiser. The invention further relates to methods for replacing all or part of the exogenous plasticiser and/or solvent in a polyurethane resin by adding said polymerisable plasticiser.
Abstract:
The invention relates to polyurethane resin compositions and, in particular, stable, ready-to-use polyurethane resin compositions comprising: a masked polyisocyanate having formula (I), wherein B represents alkyl and A represents a group comprising a number of isocyanate functions of between 1.5 and 2.2, preferably between 1.5 and 2.1 and, more preferably, between 1.5 and 2; or a masked pre-polymer that is the product of a reaction between the above-mentioned masked polyisocyanate and a polyol having between 1.5 and 3 OH functions and a molecular mass of between 900 and 3,000 g/mol, in a ratio such that the number of NCO functions of the masked polyisocyanate in relation to the number of OH functions of the polyol is between 1.5 and 2.5 approximately; or a mixture of the aforementioned masked polyisocyanate and masked pre-polymer. The invention also relates to the use of the masked polyisocyanate in order to form a masked pre-polymer by reacting said masked polyisocyanate on a polyol, and to the use of a masked polyisocyanate and/or a masked pre-polymer in polyurethane resin compositions.
Abstract:
A process and an installation for the production of a bituminous sealing sheet, comprises an armature impregnated and/or coated with a given bitumen and having a zone in the shape or a band or a portion of a band of a different bitumen from the first bitumen. An armature strip (2) is produced which is impregnated and/or coated except for at least one zone in the form of a strip or a strip portion (4) on at least one of its surfaces (2null, 2null), having a thinner thickness of bitumen (3, 3null) or no application of bitumen (3, 3null), to be used at the at least one strip or strip portion (4), over a controlled thickness, a different bitumen (5) from that initially applied and finally, after cooling and solidification of the eventually added bitumen (5), processing the resulting sheet or sealed membrane (11) in the desired form, the processing operations being carried out by continuous movement of the armature (2) in an installation (6) or suitable coating line comprising at least two coating stations (7, 7null, 8).
