    摘要: A device for vibration-damping mounting of a vehicle brake system fluid assembly in a receiving opening includes a stay bolt, an elastic damping element in the form of a sleeve through which the stay bolt passes, a clamping sleeve guided by the stay bolt, and a screw element having an internal thread. The stay bolt comprises a connecting pin and a threaded shank having an external thread onto which the screw element can be screwed in order to move the clamping sleeve axially on the stay bolt towards the elastic damping element. The clamping sleeve and the screw element are in the form of a one-piece clamping element having a bearing shoulder, wherein the axial force generated by the clamping element as a result of the screwing-on movement acts via the bearing shoulder on the elastic damping element. A fluid assembly includes at least one such device for vibration-damping mounting.

    摘要: The invention is based on a hydraulic unit for regulating the brake pressure in a vehicle brake system. Hydraulic units of such a type are the core component of an anti-lock vehicle brake system, of a drive slip vehicle brake system or of a vehicle brake system which regulates driving stability. The invention proposes a particularly advantageous arrangement of the required recesses in a housing block of a hydraulic unit. On account of the arrangement, the housing block can be reduced in terms of its dimensions, and can be produced with a lower weight and more simply in terms of production. For this purpose, according to the invention, the pressure fluid connection from one of the ports of the master brake cylinder to the suction side of one of the pump elements extends through the valve receptacle of the switching valve.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic braking system having a device for controlling brake slip, drive slip, and/or the driving stability of a vehicle. Among other things, such devices use pumps, valves, and reservoirs to control brake pressure in the wheel brakes in accordance with wheel slip occurring at the particular wheels. These components are in contact with each via a hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit is built into a hydraulic block that has spaces for installing the components and channels for hydraulic contact. The invention makes possible a particularly compact and reduced-weight design of the hydraulic block and at the same time low manufacturing costs. For this purpose an advantageous layout and sealing of channels relative to each other and to the surrounding area is provided.

The leg of the mounting bracket has recesses, open counter to the mounting direction of the unit, for receiving the elastomer element. With clamping means disposed on the bolt, the elastomer element is axially shortened and pressed against both the recess and side faces, located on either side of the recess, of the leg of the mounting bracket. With the shortened elastomer element, a positive and nonpositive engagement with the leg of the mounting bracket is achieved.

The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

    摘要: Pressure pulsations are damped in and a hydraulic unit by a device including a housing with an inlet and an outlet having a throttle and a filter preceding the throttle. The filter and the throttle are combined into a one-piece function element, which can be produced without metal-cutting machining and which can be fixed in the interior of the housing. This preceding filter prevents clogging of the throttle by contaminants in the pressure fluid, without requiring additional expense for parts or assembly. The function element can be produced economically in a minimum number of work steps, can be manipulated without problems, and in an advantageous refinement makes it possible to avoid unwanted accumulations of air in the device.
