摘要: A piston is the driven component within a pump. The piston is driven along a longitudinal axis to pump a fluid through the pump. The fluid flows through the piston between an upstream end of the pump and a downstream end of the pump. The piston outputs the fluid into the downstream end of the pump at a vector offset from the longitudinal axis, thereby inducing rotation of the piston throughout the pumping process. Rotating the piston encourages even wear on various components within the pump, such as sealing rings surrounding the piston, thereby increasing the lifespan of the components and increasing the efficiency of the pump.

摘要: A piston rod and piston head are the driven components within a pump. An upstream end of the piston rod is attached within an aperture of the piston head. At least one flute extends between the upstream end of the piston rod and the aperture, and the at least one flute is configured to provide a flowpath for a fluid, such as paint, to flow downstream of the piston head and piston rod. The flutes facilitate a smooth downstream flow of the fluid, thereby reducing hydraulic resistance and reducing wear caused by the fluid.

摘要: A piston with an integrated heat exchanger comprises a seal, a piston hub and a piston rod. The piston hub is further provided with a coolant reservoir and an outlet nozzle at its lateral surface. The heat exchanger integrated into the piston hub and/or the piston hub include a coolant manifold, a coolant passage communicating thereto, and a plurality of channels connecting to the coolant manifold and extending radially to the annulus. 摘要: To enable economical production of a piston for a piston pump, the piston is made from a tubular deformed part and a closure plug, which is press-fitted with a protrusion into the deformed part. The piston has the advantage that the piston can be made without metal cutting in the form of deformed parts, for instance by extrusion, and hence can be produced quickly and economically.

摘要: A ball screw pump assembly includes a pump body having an axial bore defining a travel chamber and a pressure chamber. An input port and an output port are formed in the pressure chamber. A ball screw is provided in the travel chamber. A piston is connected to the ball screw and slidably extends into the pressure chamber as the ball screw is rotated. The piston divides the pressure chamber into an input chamber having a maximum volume and an output chamber having a maximum volume which is less than the maximum of the input chamber. The ball screw pump assembly can be used in a vehicular braking system.

An inlet manifold directs hydraulic fluid received through the fluid inlet to each of the plurality of valves. An outlet manifold directs hydraulic fluid from each of the valves and the collection cavity to the fluid outlet.

The booster pump includes: a body having an actuator mounted at one side thereof and a discharge valve formed at the other side thereof, the body being formed internally with a chamber; a plunger configured to be inserted into the body, and advanced or retracted relative to the body by the operation of the actuator to generate a compressive force or a suction force; and a charge valve disposed at an intake port formed at an upper portion of one side of the body in such a manner as to be spaced apart from a discharge valve, and configured to be opened or closed in cooperation with the advancing or retracting operation of the plunger to supply a fluid to the inside of the body or interrupt the supply of the fluid.
