摘要: A heating-use heat exchanger which includes a first heater core which exchanges heat between a first liquid and air blown into a passenger compartment and a second heater core which exchanges heat between a second liquid which is higher in temperature and smaller in flow rate than the first liquid and blown air which is heated by the first heater core is held in an air-conditioning case so that an inlet side tank part is at the bottom and an exit side tank part is at the top and the tube longitudinal direction is slanted. Due to this, the high temperature second liquid flowing into the second heater core is stored inside of the inlet side tank part in a region above the tube inlet side ends over the entire stacking direction of the plurality of tubes, then flows into the plurality of tubes.

摘要: An ozonized gas having a pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure and having a predetermined concentration is supplied to adsorption/desorption columns (4) at a low temperature state of 0° C. or less and a high pressure and packed with silica gel (6) serving as an adsorbent. The adsorption/desorption columns (4) have been constituted so that at least three of a plurality of adsorption/desorption columns (4), i.e., adsorption/desorption columns (4-1, 4-2, and 4-3), are disposed in a serial cycle arrangement to constitute a main adsorption/desorption column group (99), and that an adsorption/desorption column (4-4) is disposed in parallel with the main adsorption/desorption column group (99) to constitute an auxiliary adsorption/desorption column (999). In a period in which none of the three columns of the main adsorption/desorption column group (99) is performing desorption processing, the auxiliary adsorption/desorption column (999) performs desorption processing. Therefore, the apparatus can continuously output high-concentration ozone at a high flow rate. By thus efficiently producing a high-concentration ozonized gas, the amount of the ozone capable of being output can be increased and the amount of discharge gas which is not permitted to be output can be reduced. That efficient production enables the apparatus for producing high-concentration ozone gas to be compact, satisfactorily operable, and inexpensive.

摘要: Method and apparatus for applying a sealing material to vehicle bodies which are arranged in series such that front and rear sections of the bodies face each other. A first and a second sealing robots are provided on transversely opposite sides of the vehicle bodies. The first sealing robot is operated to apply the sealing material to one of two areas in an engine room covered by an engine hood of one of the two successive bodies, and the second sealing robot is operated to apply the sealing material to the other area in the engine room, or to one of two areas in a luggage compartment covered by a luggage compartment door of the other of the two successive bodies. The two areas in each of the engine room and the luggage compartment are divided by longitudinal centerlines of the two successive bodies. The first and second sealing robots are further operated to apply the sealing material to the areas in the engine room and luggage compartment, respectively, which areas have not been sealed.

摘要: When there is no occupant in seats other than a driver seat during a foot mode, an air-conditioning controller executes a single seat concentration mode to prevent blowing of warm air to a passenger seat and a backseat by closing foot outlets on a passenger seat side and a backseat side. In this case, in order to maintain an air volume blown from the foot outlet on a driver seat side when the controller changes the mode from the normal foot mode to the single seat concentration mode, the controller sets a blower level to be lower than in the case of the normal foot mode with respect to the same target blown air temperature. Thus, an electric power consumed by an electric motor of a blower can be reduced, thereby realizing energy saving.
