摘要: A screen printing apparatus and method in that in the print parameter setting process for setting print parameters including a squeegee movement speed, a printing pressure, and plate release conditions, a squeegee movement speed at which the squeegee is to be moved is set at the first step, then a printing pressure for realizing a desired cream solder charging state is set at the second step, and then plate release conditions for realizing a desired cream solder transfer state is set at the third step. Therefore, the print parameter setting process can be performed according to an efficient processing procedure and trial-and-error-based backward work can be avoided. Print parameters can be set quickly and properly for a wide range of solder types.

摘要: A circuit group control system which receives from a master processor a first command sequence and a second command sequence each of which is composed of a plurality of commands, each command being to be executed by one of a plurality of circuits, and causes any available circuits to execute the commands one by one in order of arrangement in each command sequence. The circuit group control system achieves concurrent execution of a plurality of command sequences by causing a circuit (a second circuit) to execute a command in the second command sequence while another circuit (a first circuit) is executing another command in the first command sequence.

Multiple hard coatings are deposited on the Co-enriched surface layer of the substrate material, and Co-enriched surface layer occurs within a surface layer region that is 50 .mu.m from an interface of said substrate material, wherein the Co content in said surface layer that is 5-10 .mu.m from an interface of said substrate material is within a range from 15-25% by weight; wherein the Co content in said surface layer is more than the Co content in the core, and wherein the content of the carbides of Ti, Ta and Nb is lower than that in the core. The multilayer coating consists of a primary coating of TiCN, a secondary coating of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and the surface coating consisting of at least one of TiCN and TiN. The interface between the substrate material and the primary coating is provided with a first intermediate coating consisting of TiN. The interface between the primary coating and the secondary coating is provided with a second intermediate coating consisting of at least one layer of TiC, TiCO or TiCNO.

摘要: An electric motor used for example in a magnetic disk drive, comprises a rotor having a hub on which the magnetic disk is mounted, and an annular driving permanent magnet, and rotating together with a rotary shaft, and a stator disposed outside the rotor, having a core and coils wound on the core. A signaling permanent magnet for detecting the rotary angle or the rotational speed of the rotor may be provided on the radially inner side of the driving permanent magnet. Part of the outer periphery of the stator core may be retracted radially inward or cut away to form a concavity or an open part. A magnetic shielding plate may further be provided to cover the coils, with part or the entirety of the magnetic shielding plate being positioned closer to the rotary shaft than the outermost periphery of the rotor to prevent the escape of the rotor in the direction of the rotary shaft. The stator core may be provided, at its inner extremities, bent portions extending in the direction parallel with the rotary shaft, and away from the hub. Alternatively, the midpoint of the stator core may be positioned farther away from the hub than the midpoint of the driving permanent magnet.
