    摘要: A high-strength extruded article of an age-hardening aluminum alloy capable of educing an achromatic dark gray color after the anodizing treatment thereof and a method for the production thereof are disclosed. The method comprises subjecting an alloy billet comprising 0.9 to 3.0% by weight of Si, 0.3 to 0.6% by weight of Mg, less than 0.3% by weight of Fe, and the balance of Al and unavoidable impurities or an alloy billet comprising 0.005 to 0.1% by weight of Ti either alone or in combination with 0.001 to 0.02% by weight of B besides the components mentioned above to a soaking treatment at a temperature in the range of from 350 to 480.degree. C. for 2 to 12 hours, extruding the soaked alloy billet at a billet temperature in the range of from 380 to 450 .degree. C., and subjecting the extruded alloy to an aging treatment at a temperature in the range of from 170 to 200.degree. C. for 2 to 8 hours. By the use of this method, there is obtained an extruded article which contains precipitated metallic silicon particles uniformly distributed therein and including those of particle sizes in the range of from 0.1 to 2 .mu.m in a proportion of not less than 85% of the total number of the precipitated particles and has the ability to educe a dark gray color of an achromatic color tone in consequence of a subsequent anodic oxidation thereof.

    摘要: A figure adjusting pad is capable of permitting mold release to be readily carried out and is significantly improved in air-permeability, thus preventing a wearer from having an unpleasant feeling toward it when it is worn, and eliminating ply separation with use. The figure adjusting pad includes a pad body including a foamed layer increased in air-permeability and arranged on a wrong side thereof and a silicone gel layer arranged on a right side thereof, which are laminated on each other. The pad also includes a cover sheet for covering an outer surface of the pad body, which includes a facing sheet for covering a front side of the pad body and a backing sheet for covering a rear side of the pad body. The facing sheet includes a knitted web increased in stretchability arranged on a front side thereof and a polyurethane film arranged on a rear side thereof and laminated on the knitted web. The backing sheet includes a non-woven fabric or a knitted web increased in air-permeability which is thermally bonded to the foamed layer by means of an air-permeable hot melt.

    摘要: A helical scan tape apparatus including a first pair of magnetic heads having mutually different azimuth angles disposed on a peripheral face of a rotary drum at an angle interval of 180 degrees so as to oppose each other, a second pair of magnetic heads disposed on of the rotary drum so as to be perpendicular to a disposition direction of the first magnetic heads, a magnetic tape helically wound around the rotary drum so as to extend over an angle of 90 degrees, the tape being moved while the drum is controlled to rotate in synchronism with a reference signal, the first magnetic heads having a wider gap width than a track pitch of tracks recorded on the tape without providing a guard band for enabling azimuth recording of a data signal on the tracks, the data signal being recorded repeatedly into a particular recording area, wherein the first magnetic heads are used substantially for recording and the second magnetic heads are used substantially for reproduction and are positioned with a downward shift in the height direction of the drum equivalent to half of a scanning width of the second magnetic heads as compared with said first magnetic heads. Alternatively, the second magnetic heads may be disposed with a predetermine amount of shift so that an end of said second magnetic heads opposite to a tape traveling direction is located within a track recorded in advance by a predetermined value.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring the shape and size of a rotary tool is provided which includes a tool rotation unit for rotating the tool around the tool axis, a tool moving mechanism for moving the tool in the axial direction, a measuring head having a line sensor, and a calculation control unit. The measuring head can be moved at a rate of a predetermined angle around a lateral shaft, located in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the tool, with one end of a measuring area of the line sensor as a center. Upon measuring the tool in terms of its shape and size, the aforementioned end of the line sensor is located in a position a given distance inside the aforementioned end of the tool, the line sensor is moved for every predetermined angle around a lateral shaft, with one end of the measuring area as a center, and measured values are fed to a computer through the line sensor, while the tool is rotated around its axis for every predetermined angle.

    摘要: There is provided a device for enabling an operator to perform the inserting and/or removing operations of the bank note stacker boxes promptly and reliably by a simplified operation. The device comprises, in combination, a machine body of an automatic money depositing and disbursing machine and a slidingly movable frame adapted to be pushed in and pulled out of the machine body, wherein the machine body including a positioning block for positioning the slidingly movable frame pushed therein at a pre-set location, and a limit release lug, and wherein the slidingly movable frame including a stacker box support frame for supporting one or more stacker boxes to be swung between the upper and lower positions, a movement limit shaft biased by a spring to be held normally at a retracted position and released from the biasing action of the spring to project to be engaged by the positioning block when the stacker support frame is swung to the upper position, and a swinging limit plate for abutting against the limit release lug of the machine body to render the stacker support frame swingable upward when the slidably movable frame is pushed to a position approximate to the pre-set location.

    摘要: To provide an X-ray generator capable of preventing electric corrosion and exerting stable performance over long periods. The X-ray generator includes: a rotary anticathode having a rotary anticathode part and a shaft part; an anticathode accommodating case including an air-tight case part for keeping an area surrounding the rotary anticathode part in a vacuum atmosphere, and a journaling case part for rotatively supporting the shaft part via a bearing; and an electric motor to rotatably drive the anticathode (target). A water-cooled jacket, through which cooling water for cooling the rotary anticathode part and the shaft part flows, is provided in the rotary anticathode. In the X-ray generator, an insulating bearing of which at least one of an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling element is made of an insulating material is used as the bearing, and a conductive fiber brush having a large number of conductive microfibers serving as slide-contacting brush is arranged between opposing peripheral surfaces of the journaling case part of the anticathode accommodating case and the shaft part of the rotary anticathode, such that current is flown from the rotary anticathode to the anticathode accommodating case via the conductive fiber brush. In addition, pure water or ion-exchange water having low electric conductivity is used as cooling water flown through the water-cooled jacket.
